Robert McClay exceeds an expectations you have. I was shopping around to see who would give the cheapest quote and although the final number is out of his control, and only second to the lowest, he was a plethora of knowledge and answered questions I didn’t even know I should be asking. I’m newly 21 years old and consider myself to be a bit more financially savvy than the majority. This being said I knew some of the information he provided me with, but someone else in my position probably would have NO IDEA, or have even considered it… needless to say he makes the competition look mediocre. I am writing to say that Susie Rivera provided me and my brother the highest customer service I've seen in many years. We had an issue (that was caused by our mistake) that Ms. Rivera corrected efficiently. She is personable, friendly, very knowledgeable and so helpful!! During our conversations she provided service above and beyond the corrected problem. She pointed out an address problem with my brother's account and offered to have it corrected with his local office in another state. It seemed that when we were totally satisfied customers and thought we were finished communicating, Ms. Rivera again provided insights and suggestions regarding the new account to make life easier for us. She is amazing and I would recommend her services to anyone.
