My daughters went there and we were never notified during Covid which classroom had Covid and was our infant teacher which really upset us bc we found due to knowing one of the other teachers and she told us and not the administrators. We had an incident with our 4 year where she was getting bite by another child almost twice a week and not notified and we brought to their attention and informed them that we wanted something done about as they had their handbook but they said they weren’t going to anything about it. I know children will be children however, the child we older than mine and was biting everyone this was something that needed to be addressed but the school administrators and regional manager Cared more about numbers than the safety of their children. Definitely don’t recommend this place.

We have put two children threw Chesterbrook Academy at this location. One graduated and the other is currently attending. I couldn't ask for a better place for my kids. Mrs. Jen and Mrs. Sherry are the best and I can carry out my day with peace of mind!

All my kids have gone to Chesterbrook at Roger Stover Drive. I love Jenn and Sherry - they are Chesterbrook institutions and they run a great group of people that take good care of your kids. I highly recommend this place.

We are happy with the experience our son had at the Chesterbrook Academy. This was his first daycare experience and our journey began with a school tour led by Ms. Sherry, the assistant director. From the moment we stepped in, Ms. Sherry’s loving and caring interactions with the children stood out to me. Seeing all the kids give her hugs and witnessing her genuine affection made a significant impact on our decision to choose this place over other options. My son's first teacher, Ms. Amie, has been great in helping him adapt during the early days by showing closeness and extra attention as my son hadn’t had a caregiver other than me as his mom. (These are the experiences you never forget!). The transition was handled well and I like the fact that you can message the teachers at any time through the app, get updates and ask how he is doing. Overall, my son loves going to school and talking about his teachers at home (hugs Ms. Maria every morning and talks about his teachers at home) which shows how he likes the nurturing environment.
Ms. Jen, the director, is caring and always reachable. But I have to say, Ms. Sherry remains my favorite person (apologies to the rest of the staff)! Both of their expertise in handling issues, addressing challenges, and coming up with solutions as our first point of contact makes us feel safe.
Overall, I recommend CBA to other families who are looking for a loving and supportive environment for their little ones.

We love Chesterbrook academy because the staff are amazing. They are so caring and attentive. Chesterbrook academy provides lunches and snacks which is really nice and saves us so much time and money. We also like the daily updates and pictures they send us in addition to the daily reports.

My 3.5 years daughter goes to Chessterbrook Fairfax and has been here for 2 years. She absolutely loves going, getting to see her friends, and engaging in all the different activities they provide to help them along with their developmental goals. We have all sorts of arts and crafts that she has done so we get to have a well decorated fridge. The updates that we get on how she is doing and the pictures that show how much fun she is having absolutely make my day even in the middle of a stressful day at work. I am so appreciative to all the love and care that the teachers and Director give my daughter. Thank you so much!!! Would recommend ?

We love the school. We have seen tremendous growth in our kid. He is here since last year and he has gained confidence and is able to speak the language properly now.
Special thanks to Ms. Maria, Ms. Zakiya, Ms. Amie and Ms. Himi they all have been stupendously exceptional.
Even the management Ms. sherry and Ms. Jenn are amazing.

Chesterbrook Academy has been a great experience for us. Every morning when we arrive we are greeted with friendly workers and they are so excited to see my son and welcome him with open arms. My son is 21 months old and because of them he can already count to 10 and he knows his colors and shapes. I am impressed with the teachers and so glad we are a part of such a great preschool.

So happy we found Chesterbrook Academy! Everyone genuinely cares about your child and looks out for them. Our daughter loves going to school and all of her teachers from the beginning have been wonderful! I know she’s in great hands and that gives us such peace of mind! We love how enthusiastic they are with the children and they greet them with the same enthusiasm every day.

Chesterbrook Academy Fairfax has been a wonderful for my growing family. I interviewed 7+ daycares before moving to the area 1.5 years ago, after tons of research knowing what I was looking for my kids. My heartwarming conversation with Sherry over the phone, and then having a tour of the facility, meeting staff in person with my kids, we instantly felt invited, community, comfort knowing our kids would be in excellent hands. Also, being a registered dietitian, the breakfast and lunch menus have been healthy, and less stress on not having to worry about what my kids are eating or having to pack meals for my kids; huge plus! The teachers, principal, and assistant principal have been amazing in accommodating us and support us when our daughter was diagnosed with anxiety this past fall. It’s been a new challenge and the staff have become family in coming alongside us helping my daughter and myself struggling as a mom with love, encouragement, and grace. It definitely takes a village to raise a family, and for that I am extremely grateful for community my family has gained from all the Chesterbrook staff and all the parents of children in my kids classes that don’t make me feel alone. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a daycare.

I am so happy that I found this daycare for my child. The staffs are so amazing, they are always so friendly and welcoming. My daughter loves going to daycare every day, and I know that she is safe and well-cared for. Her Pre-K teachers take the time to understand her unique needs and preferences, tailoring activities and interactions accordingly. It's really heartwarming to see my child thriving and forming meaningful connections with both peers and teachers. The facility is always clean and organized, and there are always plenty of activities for the children to do. I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a safe and loving environment for their child.

Chesterbrook Fairfax has been a great place for our daughter to learn and grow! She is consistently challenged and has grown tremendously in just a matter of months. The facility is clean and organized, and the team is kind, professional, and caring. One of my favorite things about Chesterbrook is the communication. We are always informed about our daughter and we love receiving pictures of her throughout the day! It lets us know she’s happy and well taken care of. I would recommend this daycare to any family in the area!

Highly recommend anyone seeking for their children to tour multiple prospective child care facilities. Summer of 2022, we toured 5 and Chesterbrook Academy was the clear choice for our family, for multiple reasons. At the time, our 2.5 and 3.5 year old daughters had a surprisingly natural connection to the staff and facility we didn't experience with the others. My husband and I were pleasantly impressed throughout the tour. The facility is bright and clean, odor free, clutter free, very organized, beautifully decorated and colorful. Our family of 4 were greeted by Principal Jenn, who is calm, warm and welcoming. Each room has a description of staff and their work history. Many have been there for many years including Principal Jenn and Vice Principal Sherri, both whom are highly favored, very attentive to, and sought after by many of the children including our own. In the beginning, our youngest had a very hard time adjusting to leaving mommy and morning transitions were tough for months! Her teachers were so patient and comforting for those months long mornings and we are so grateful and appreciative of their unwavering support of our child. We have an app to check our child's day to day activities, photos, curriculum, and receive daily progress reports. There's also a messaging feature with quick responses to teachers and principals. Our first full year was a great success! There's many activities and monthly events to make for fun and enjoyable experiences. Our children also have dance lessons and soccer lessons incorporated within the school day. We have begun our second year here and our girls are off to a great start! Although the commute time is a bit longer than preferred, commuter routes couldn't be more convenient for this location.... Can't change traffic. Overall, it's been a great investment and experience for our family to see our children thrive. Being a multicultural family, the diversity of staff and children is an integral element we also appreciate. Good luck with your journey.

We had completed open houses and interviews for daycares while I was pregnant and I will say that this Chesterbrook stood out to my partner and I. It checked all my boxes of being clean, diverse, and a learning environment but it also was organized. I appreciated that each room had a picture and description of each teacher including their background and how long they have worked there. I also loved that there was a dry erase board with information on next diaper and next bottle. As any new parents, we were nervous about the care anyone would provide that wasn't us. Now being at Chesterbrook for over 6 months with our son, I would absolutely recommend it to anyone! The cleanliness and organization continue to stand out, along with the teachers and principals kindness and love to not only our son but the other children there. They use an app called Links2Home and we get 4-6 pictures on average of our son throughout the day. Communication through the app with the teachers and principals have been quick and responsive to our requests. Recently we had asked them to switch the order in which he eats, bottles first then solids and they adapted within the next feeding time for our son. This past Friday they had a petting zoo and give us monthly finger paintings our son has done. It's difficult to allow someone else to watch your only child but I will say I have seen him blossom and become so social with others as well as seeing his natural joy be nourished with the same love that my partner and I give. Love this place!!

I rarely post reviews! However, this is a wonderful child care center. My son has been going since he was 3 1/2 months old. I've had peace of mind since the minute we toured. Jenn and Sherri the school administration team help provide peace of mind while I'm at work. The teachers love these kids like they are their own. They help encourage and nurture the growth and development of our little guy. I love how much they communicate and how I get pictures through the day. I would highly recommend this school!
