We went in for both of my daughter's birthdays, and they had the most mediocre experience at this location. We also missed out on the voice recording that is part of the birthday bundle because we were unaware that was included due to no assistance.

I went to this location today to get a bear ended up waiting in line for an hour for them to fill and say kiss the heart then waited another 20 at the cashier to pay nobody came. asked for help multiple times but they still did not come to the register. would not recommend this location at all if you want good service.

Overall, great place! One complaint, but I'll get to that later. There were TONS of outfit options, although some were behind others and hard to find. Lots of different bears and animals, and very fun store design. Not too busy, either!
My main complaint is the employee who served me and my friend. To clarify which one, she had dark skin and VERY long nails, and if I remember correctly, dyed hair. Her attitude was very rude and unenthusiastic, and it ruined parts of the experience. First of all, she was usually the only employee visible. She would be very slow to serve anyone and usually only do it if someone asked. She never led anyone through the whole experience, instead just trusting they knew how to do it themselves. She took so long to go to the stuffing station that I was starting to wonder if I was supposed to do it myself!
She would disappear into the back for long periods of time, leaving everyone in the store employee-less and confused. When asked where certain clothing items were, or if they were in stock, she would just get up and fish it from behind another random clothing item then silently hand it to me and sit back down. No friendliness, apology, nothing. She didn't even smile once the entire time we were there! Barely said a word, too. With everything she did, she radiated annoyance and spite the entire time.
She was also the one who stuffed my bear. She was, admittedly, very efficient at everything she did, but it was more her attitude that hampered the experience. She was mostly silent, and she ignored my attempts at friendliness or conversation. She didn't even smile once!! When asking if I would like to put in a scent or a heartbeat, how firm I wanted my friend, and whether or not I wanted to do the heart ceremony, (which really shouldn't be a question they ask kids!) she said it so mumbly and unenthusiastically, and I always had the feeling that she was annoyed with me just for being there! I ended up not even doing the heart ceremony because I had no idea what it was when she asked me if I wanted to do it. I thought it was something I had to pay for! And the way she asked me made it sound like just that! Either another purchase or something only little kids can do. She was very rude and not friendly whatsoever, to any customer as far as I saw. I really hope she isn't this way with little kids! To clarify, I was 14.
All in all, I would recommend this store. My only complaint was the employees and the hard to find items.

Oh my goodness! This is the best place ever. I'm 37 and I still enjoyed making a stuffed animal. I highly recommend for all of the stuffy lovers, all ages!

The staff was so helpful! My voice recording had background noise so they gave me a new voice recorder and let me go in the back to record with no background noise. Thank you!

Went to get my granddaughters First Birthday bear. Great experience. Store was crowded making it hard to get around with a stroller. Employees enthusiastic attitudes made it a memorable trip. Hope to make this an annual event❤️

Staff here are amazing with kids! Thank you for making it magical for my son! Hire more staff though as it can get really busy and they should keep their most popular stuffies stocked up please.
