Great doctor but front desk is terrible, never trust your appointment time, expect wait time over an hour! don't expect that you can return to work. honestly is worth it because the doctor is very much care about your health.

What’s the point of making appointment and then I need to wait here for another 2 hours? Terrible front desk lady attitude I asked couple questions and she seems really impatient and blame on doctor taking long time to check other patients.

The worst office staff. We waited over an hour for our appointment and went to check on the status. The lady inside was rude and very disrespectful. She said that there still few patients ahead but can’t tell us how long the wait is. Totally no respect for our time.

absolutely horrible. made an appointment for a saturday at 720a. waited for an hour and wasn’t seen so I asked for my forms and had them delete my information from their computer and left. he overbooks and makes patients wait. absolutely ridiculous.i’ve waited in doctor’s offices before to be seen but never a freaking hour.the poor medical staff has to man the back and the front.just hire a freaking office assistant! also cash-only copay. who does this? is this even legal?never ever again.

I have to say, I had a good experience visiting Dr. Yu. When I made the appointment with him, his front office lady told me to confirm my insurance company to designate him as the primary care provider. This was to ensure we could receive treatment on the same day, which was extremely helpful. My parents had just gotten their insurance, and an unknown doctor was automatically assigned as their primary care doctor.That day went smoothly. We did wait for an hour and a half, finishing paperwork and waiting for him to see other patients. It was a long wait, but it made sense, as other clinics also have similar waiting times of 30 minutes to 2 hours.When it was our turn, Dr. Yu was knowledgeable. He asked for every single detail of my parents' past medical history. There was an intern (probably) inputting all the information into the computer.The results showed some red flags, and we were called in to visit him in person. Since my mom was out of town, I emailed Dr. Yu and he sent the digital report to me via email, which was helpful, though it took 4 days.Overall, I would recommend Dr. Yu, but be prepared for a longer wait time.

The front desk is an arrogant, always answering questions with no patience. It makes people feel like she don't want to talk with people. Please change your position or job if you don't want to chat with people. We already suffered within uncomfort. Please don't make us feel worse.

Great doc… but the wait time is really annoying. My appointment was at 11am and I even arrived 5 mins early. It’s been 30 mins in the waiting room.

Great Doctor, very good with his clients but has the worst staffs. They don't answer all phone calls, they don't confirm appointments and they ask all communication via email but as me to google the email myself? What a waste of ....... I gave the stars to Doctor, if I could I will give o to the ladies works in the office. They are lazy and useless.

Worst place ever!!! Appointments meant sh*t to them!!! Scheduled for 1pm and waited a fxxking 3 hours!!! Never come here. It's hell!! 預約的時間永遠不遵守 每次都要等3個小時。非常糟糕的地方 千萬不要來。誰來誰後悔！

Would better not go. The reception is terrible rude always. She doesn’t follow the appointment or person in line , she cares people according to her favorite. If patient knows her in person or brings gifts to her , she will let you in earlier.Dr. Yu is nice . However his front reception is really in terrible manner. She doesn’t know respect. Not deserve neither.Every time went to see Dr. Yu , I was kept waiting for 3hours at least . But still waiting patiently.This time I see the reason , because of the elder reception put me back on purpose. Such a evil !

Dr.Yu is nice . Really terrible experience with his front desk. Very very rude manner ever. However I had been kept waiting for more than 2 to 3 hours every time. I still waiting patiently. This time I see and heard , because the elder reception put me back on purpose. I respected her , but she didn’t deserve. Such a evil!The front reception is helpless, horrible rude , you would never experience this in any other place in the U.S! ! !
