Don’t recommend this business. They had a chasin tail red drum hat on eBay. The listing stated to pick your embroidery thread. I emailed them repeatedly. Finally purchased Nov 4 for a Christmas gift. I never received my item or any communication back from them as to when to shipping item. I finally had to file a complaint with eBay. I was then offered a refund. The refund was said to be back in my account by Dec 6. Today I received an email stating the refund had not been routed correctly. And did not go through. Again I had to contact eBay. Still no refund of about $30 and no item. Bad business. And poor communication. Feel cheated out of my money. And right here at Christmas time. Buyer beware! And I would have posted no stars but not an option. Thoroughly disappointed!
