Great service, selection, and price conveniently located in a quaint downtown with several other interesting shops nearby. The owner, Stephanie, spend a lot of time with me finding the best mat and frame style for some vintage prints. She is very helpful and so friendly. She knows that word of mouth is the best advertising in a small town, she makes sure everything is perfect. Some nice gifts in the store also. Btw, I was going to use one of the big frame shops in Richmond when a friend recommended Picture Perfect. So glad I went to PP. Saved $$$ and great product.
