I love going to bootcamp whenever I’m in town. There’s always a new exercise or movement I haven’t done before, so it never gets boring and constantly challenges you!
Went here while travelling. Tom was excellent on keeping a watchful eye to make sure I was doing the right moves as well as keeping track of his group members. It is rare to find a good trainer who works so keenly on making sure you've got good form and doing the exercise right. I highly recommend!!
Great program that is challenging for all walks of fitness experience. I originally was trying this with a friend as we were seeking to loose weight, and "hitting the gym" wasn't working anymore. Tom and his coaches helped me focus on ways to meet/exceed my goals.
The original Sterling Fitness Boot Camp program! We concentrate on helping you reduce body fat, increase cardiovascular stamina and tone/build muscle. We use body weight exercises, high intensity interval training, and structured routines to help you push your fitness level further than you ever expected it to be. We also incorporate: -TRX -Bosu balls -Medicine balls -Resistance bands -Body bars into our workouts. Our Boot Camp classes are for any fitness level and tailored so that each person will be able to work out at his/her own pace.
