I took my Invicta watch to this place for a battery change and the guy replace the battery but he couldn't put the back case. I saw hin struggling to put it together and i told him to stop if he was not able to do the job ,because he was complaining about my watch model. At the end after 20 min he did not charge me for the poor service. After 2 days i took my watch to a Invicta shop where the guy show me the the back case of the watch was broken. I will never go back to Fashion Time . Very unprofessional.

Refused to complete a very simple watch repair of a Seiko band with a broken pin. When I asked why he was unable to repair it, the owner became irate and yelled at me. Very bizarre experience. There’s a lovely watch repair kiosk on the first floor of the mall that was glad to help me. Suggest saving yourself some time and irritation by going there instead.

Very rude. I asked a question about a return and, rather than explain why it couldn't be done, I was berated by the clerk. The exact opposite experience I had when I purchased the watch. I guess they're only nice when you're buying something.

I drove to the mall specifically to visit Fashion Time (12:20pm on a Wednesday afternoon). Their posted hours have them open until 9pm. The store was closed with no signage about hours, why they are closed, and when they will actually be open. No one answers the phone.

The owner of this store is incredibly nice and very professional. The watch service prices are fair and the store has a fantastic selection of very nice watches.

Was not sure why it costs $63.00 for a simple battery change on a men’s wrist watch when it only costs $5 overseas for the exact same brand name battery. When i was waiting to get my watch battery changed, a couple came in to complain about their two watch batteries changed two weeks ago just died. My $63 replaced watch battery now works fine but as the watch was poorly assembled back by the shop, the watch screws came apart the next day…. I should have gone to a different shop..

I came here to replace my battery on a Burberry watch and add a link to resize it. The Kiosk by H\\u0026M was going to charge me $50 which is wild. The owner at this shop Omar said he will add the link for free and replaced the battery for $29.00 so I was out the door at $30. This is my second time here he had replaced my Invicta battery in the past and I had nothing but an awesome experience with him. Will be back.
