Absolutely awesome lacey was on the ball with it. Showed up before eta very friendly well spoken fixed the problem and helped me get to town. I give him on a,scale from1-100 I defiantly would say 110. Kudos to you the world needs so many more of you. Thanks and God bless you

Lacy arrived and had me up and running within 30 minutes of my insurance company telling me someone was on the way. He was very polite and even followed up to thank me for my business. I highly recommend Backwoods Towing and Recovery.

Was quoted 75 for my tire to be roadside plugged. Roadside arrived in a timely fashion he was polite but didn't have a patch kit luckily I had a spare he put it on ect but still wanted full 75 I said no that's not fair to me so long story short they took off 10 so I can have it plugged and put back on elsewhere. Fair exchange I thank you fellas.

James and his staff worked on my daughter's car...actually she picked it up today. She went to Backwoods shop with a vehicle that needed a flywheel, brakes, rotors...all sorts of major mechanical needs. James had the vehicle in the shop when he promised and did an excellent job. Because of the extent of the mechanical work needed the price wasn't too bad. He and his staff were very courteous and professoonal. Would definitely recommend them for future mechanical needs. I was traveling 360 heading to Richmond and my front tire went flat. Backwoods Towing & Recovery were dispatched to me and they were there to me in a decent timeframe. The gentleman was Lacey and he was super awesome and friendly. I was very pleased by these guys to get me and my daughter going before it actually got dark. They’re fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!

I noticed right off that my groceries were missing when I picked up my car. I let that slide. When I went to my locked up trunk to get my tools out, 1/2 of them were also missing. Since they were the only ones that had the key to the trunk and doors, I have to believe that they are responsible for the theft, one way or another .

I locked my keys in my car and was sooooo agitated! This company helped me tremendously! They were fast, I only waited 20mins and the guy named Lacy showed up and was on his job! Very professional and friendly and definitely got the job done!!! I would highly recommend

A gentleman (I did not get his name) with a Backwoods Towing & Recovery T-shirt came to our aid when we called AAA after getting a nail in our tire on a recent trip. He responded quickly and was very professional. The nail was fairly close to the edge to the tire tread, so it was not the easiest of repairs. But he was diligent to get a plug inserted and we were back on the road in just under an hour. Very thankful for this great service!Service: Tire change
