I wish I could rate them as no stars. They have the sorriest staff and nastiest attitude I ever seen in my life . It takes two days for them to refill a prescription then wanna look at you all crazy when you ask when it’s going to be ready ! 2 days isn’t enough ? For one prescription 20 pills ?

I can't believe the Tucson and Green Valley CVS pharmacies are closed on the weekends. Unbelievable! You close an hour for lunch and now weekends. You guys are in the wrong business because that is no customer service at all! My wife ran out of Chemo nausea medicine and now we have to wait until Monday. She could've have ordered sooner but shouldn't have to worry about it. I am transferring all my prescriptions to another pharmacy that cares about their customers. You guys suck!

This CVS is nice, and very clean. The only problem I had was with the pharmacist. She was rude, and didn’t seem to care about me. I only came for the COVID-19 shot. It happened on October 18th, 2023 about 3:30pm. Other than that I will go to this CVS at this location again.

This pharmacy has changed completely at first today they said I didn't have a script that was sent 4 days ago then issues filling then lastly they keep closing early and changing hours everyday so I get off work and already closed early afternoons and they call my Dr and try to tell them to change my brand and my insurance say no such thing to me and now I download app it said cost $0 and switch to a different CVS and my insurance covered it and this pharmacy made me pay for my last script!!!!!!!

Customer service is terrible!!!! Get a call your meds ready you will be waiting another 2 hours when you get there!!! Calling is a waist of time they barely answer!! The young girls in there has attitude when there's a discrepancy with your meds!mess!! Throwing there heads off at you rolling there eyes!!

When it comes to my husband and his insulin being refilled they think he can get 29 more shots ( that's 2 a day) out of a bottle that you have to lean sideways to get insulin out of now. NO CALL FOR THIS KIND OF STUPID.

I don't know what happened to this place but they used to be friendly and now you can't get anything done by them. I called her for 3 days in a row and will be a hold for 15-20 minutes for someone to hang up on me for me to go up there too late in the line for 20 minutes and the girl still got my insurance wrong so I have to wait for her to fix it again. Then it takes 4 hours to get something after they say it's ready for you to pick it up and then you come pick it up and then it's still another 2 hours before it be ready, I had to switch pharmacies because they're so bad I wouldn't even give him a star if I didn't have to.

Horrible service, I have gotten the wrong prescription several times that belonged to someone else. And then they will text you and tell you your prescription is ready, you drive there no prescription is to be found and you must wait 30 mins or drive back. Don't know how they can stay in business. If management cared anything they would look at these horrible reviews and at least try to fix something.
