I've been looking for a victory highball motorcycle using cycle trader for about six months..go check my reviews of Power Brokers inc. in Sioux falls and Blazzer custom bikes...such poor service...then I found a beautiful highball at Brian Jones.. I e-mailed through cycle trader with request for video and a few other questions..thinking..service is dead..they won't respond..the next morning posted at 7:30 a.m. Brian the owner e-mailed me..thanking me for the opportunity and said he would have all my answers as soon as he could..and he did..the bike is amazing..the price..more than fair..no add on no B.S..i want to give a shout out to John Owen..outstanding young man..who helped with the deal..these guys enjoy what they do..and it shows..they even handled the transporting of my bike to GA..amazing service..if you are looking..give these guys a chance..they won't disappoint.. I wish only the best for Brian and his crew..and will keep them in my phone for all future purchases..i did 37 years in a G.M. service lane.. and service is excellent at Brian Jones motorsport..Thanks again Brian..thanks again John

I filled out an application to get a car from Brian Jones motorsports. It took them two weeks to get back to me and then to tell me to get approved. They needed proof of income when I knew I had already been approved by the bank because I went on the banks website, that is a joke to have to wait two weeks to hear back whether you’re approved or not and then no one reached out after I left several messages, this place is a joke as a car lot Do better call people back when they leave message after message after message

I can say enough about Brian and his staff, he’s definitely running a first class operation. His is a honest man and is true to his word. I would recommend doing business with him to anyone.

What a great "first impression"!!! With my back right tire wobbling and coming off I drove onto Brian's lot for help as I needed to return to Raleigh, NC immediately. Brian and another man were very friendly, looked for the equipment and retightened the wheel. It was almost 100 F that day. The old saying "Good first impressions are asting impressions " comes to mind when I think about the help received from these two men. Thank you for your help.

I can't say enough good things about Brian and his entire team. Spectacular to work with through the whole buying process.I was hesitant to purchase a motorcycle from out of state without seeing it in person. They were very forthcoming with information and the condition of the bike I was looking at. They sent very detailed photos and videos of every little bit I asked about.When it was time to have the bike shipped to the Midwest, the team took care of everything. They overnighted the final paperwork to me, lined up the delivery company, communicated ETAs, and made themselves available to answer questions or handle any issues.I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Very excellent customer service!!
