Let me start with saying that the experience l had with your dealership was very bad my 2016 Ford escape titanium was very undervalued l looked it up on blue book even with 160000 miles with nothing wrong with it it was worth over 7000 dollars and l got 3000 the other thing was after l spent the day before 40000 dollars on a new car l was met the next day with you saying l owe you 40 more dollars that really got me so as of now l will never buy from you again and will not recommend you to no one else l already told 3 different people that wants to buy what happened to me and they said they wouldn't buy there either l have purchased several new vehicles there but no more thank you

Don't take your vehicle here I had to have mine towed away from there and still had to pay a thousand dollars to them another mechanic fixed it in 2 hrs for 450

So far very good, however, when given the printout to what has been done, especially on some recalls, I would like for the head mechanic to show what they did, explain it face-to-face because some of the coding is not exactly understood.

I have been having a recurring smell of burning oil on my 2014 F150 Platinum which was purchased in NC. After being worked on by a non-dealership shop to no success, I got an appointment at Apple Ford. I must say I was very impressed with the customer service, the tech expertise, the honest advice on what to do and what was recommended to not address due to the high mileage. All of this built an environment of trust which I valued. To sum it up, I really appreciate the experience, the transparency, the workmanship and price. I will return. Thank you all!

I just purchased a used Ford Edge and was extremely pleased with the customer service of the sales department. Danny Jones is very knowledgeable of the vehicles and went above and beyond to make it affordable for me to drive away in the car I wanted at the price I needed. I would recommend everyone to go to Apple Ford first when buying a car or truck!

I would give 10 stars if I could. I was traveling from Charlotte NC last week when my speedometer shut off and warning lights appeared on my dashboard. I looked online and found Apple Ford was just a few minutes away. I called and discussed my situation and they asked me to come in. They were gracious, professional, and without an appointment they took me in, fixed the problem, and had me back on the road in 2 hours. I can't thank you enough for everything you did for me!
