The cashier singled me out for my ID which I understand but when others look and I know for a fact one was under 40 an not I'd she needs a better job

This store sold me an expired product. I quickly noticed and turned around to return the UNOPENED product and asked for a refund I was told that it's a "store policy" that prohibits returns and refunds. I asked since when and where is this "policy posted" of course no answer was given. I asked why are you all selling expired products when such a "policy" is in place?. Again, no answer and no help offered it is 6pm and I was told to return to the store at 9:45 to speak with a manager how ridiculous is that??! I will not be back and I will be in contact with someone regarding this ridiculous "policy".

I want to report Candace she was so rude wasn't helping when line backed up customers were complaining and all she didn't was running her mouth to customers making things worse instead of de-escalating the situation I have never seen somebody so rude and customer service in my life

Something shady going on with the pump meters. I am positive it charged me for $1 before pumping anything. I complained to the clerk but she just denied there was an issue.

Long lines with usually 2 employees working (one cashier most of the time). Prices are fair but the customer service needs an improvement. Only one female cashier has a great personality and the male cashiers seem to dislike working in there and are not courteous (especially one individual). I know 2 cashiers by name but will not post out of respect to the both of them. Please improve the overall customer experience!

I have never seen such poor customer service as I experienced this evening. I go many times a week to Murphys and I see different employees always. There is one gentleman who is always very nice but the other workers don't have a care in the world, they are NOT friendly at all. And the girl tonight.. Plain rude... I wasn't rude to you so why be rude to me? I'll give my business to someone else where the employees actually have some personality and friendliness about them. For the manager at this location... You need to remember customer service is key to returning business. Your employees need to be re trained in the customer service aspect.

Ethanol-free gas, on separate lines. Southern States down the road and Wawas also have ethanol-free.

Gas is fine, that's not the problem. It's when they put some crazy drink in the diet mountain dew fountain drink and has not changed it in months. Plus they buy that mountain dew zero that leaves a after taste in your mouth instead of keeping diet mountain dew on the shelves. What happened to making your customers happy so they buy more stuff.

I went there to get gas, I not sure if the lady that works there was just having a bad day or something, but she argued with me about the pump because is said it had a broken nozzle, and she said that I told her the wrong pump number. I tried to be nice because I know that I am soft spoken so she may have heard me wrong when I said pump 12, but she was arguing with me for no reason and saying that I'm a rude little girl and she threatened me. I work for Walmart so I'm a frequent customer at Murphys gas stations, and this was the truly the worst experience I've ever had.
