I stopped in after PT for a toilet raise due to back and leg issues. I was told I could return it if it didn't fit. My toilet was clean, I set it down, it did not fit, I picked it back up, and I brought it back. To my surprise when they pulled it out there was a tiny spot of urine on the back of it which did not come from me. My toilet was clean prior to setting it down and I did not use the item. They would not refund me. In other words I bought a USED piece of equipment with someone else's urine on it without knowing it. I explained this to them but they did not care they refused to refund my $28. But, I suppose $28 down the drain is one thing but the bad customer service cost them much more. While there I planned on purchasing compression socks, a full hip kit, and a lift chair. I will take my future business elsewhere. I hear there is a fabulous medical supply store in Central Park, Fredericksburg.
