During the past six months, I have unfortunately had to have two vehicles repaired, each at a different local body shop. Let me just say that the work done by Battlefield Park Body Shop on my Toyota Tacoma far exceeded my experience with the repairs done on the other vehicle at another body shop. Battlefield Park conducted a thorough estimate of the work needed, ordered materials in advance of my scheduled repair start date, and delivered my repaired truck in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost.

We are a family owned and operated business serving the Tri-Cities for over 47 years. We do require scheduled appointments for our estimates. We also ask the required collision questions to best determine your claim needs. Sadly we do see attempts of insurance fraud and we will not align our business with such claims.Virtual Insurance Estimates (photo estimates) are accepted but it is clearly explained that delays in the repairs time is expected due to the missed damage on the photo written estimate. So a 3 week repair can take 40 days if clear damaged is missed and the shop is waiting on Insurance payment.

It's a NO for me! I went to get an estimate for a collision repair for my wife's car. The man I spoke with didn't want to listen to anything I was saying. I tried to point out some things that I noticed since the accident and he immediately said "There's no way that could have been caused by the accident." He didn't even inspect it, drive it, or test it in any way. He may have been correct, but he didn't explain his reasoning other than - "I've been doing this a long time and I know these things." I definitely do not recommend taking your vehicle here. I will be taking my car somewhere else.

Work was told a 3 week job. My car was there for 40 days. Car is NOT back to pre accident conditions. Yes, body work was fixed, but the fenders are not matching up to the car smoothly. Had to have mechanic adjust headlights. And paint is bubbled.

Lady from this shop met me in the parking lot, awful customer service had lots of questions & was not helpful at all, Another AFRICAN AMERICAN was pulling up & she stated ANOTHER ONE ….Do not recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS Business my people of color. The women at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful, said I was weird for asking her questions about the finish date. Hung up on me multiple times then said my business isn’t welcomed there.

I was recommended this body shop and was extremely pleased. I did not have an appointment however Kristi helped me and gave me the information that I needed to call my insurance company. Several days later I dropped off my vehicle and I was notified approximately how long it would take and then I was notified when it was ready for pick up. They even cleaned my car! It made my day. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs bodywork done to their vehicle.

The office person was nice when I called and helped me figure out the Geico stuff! Just for some back ground car was in accident in NY and was towed to VA for service as that is home for us. This was the only place I could find that took Geico insurance. I will say it took 2+ months but there was extensive damage to car. We are happy with work done. We did call about every 2 weeks for updates as I signed that they could deal directly with insurance to get car done. It is a tough time to get parts for cars and not as many mechanics to do work. So the 5 stars is for work done but you will need to be patient.
