I typically bank at another location, but their debit card machine was down and I was referred to this location. The staff and experience was more than satisfactory! It was outstanding! I rave about the Chattanooga location, but the Hancock Plaza location is excellent also. Both locations are in uniform with their superior customer service and eagerness to help. I love this bank!!

What kind of quality can you expect from “banks” that are exclusively found inside Walmarts? In the past I have occasionally used the convenience of them being located inside Walmart to get change. Today they would not even let me make change for a $20 since I’m not a member. Well done! Making me wait in line just to refuse to help me with the most basic service that costs your bank nothing to provide ensures I now would never become a member no matter what. Woodforest Bank is to banking what the University of Phoenix is to higher education.

Been a member for some years now and this specific location is always awesome. They are careful and considerate with their customers. It’s one of the reasons I still bank with them. They helped handle my fraud situation quick and prompt. Thank you to all of the members. And thank you today to D for helping me today.

I always bank with the Woodforest bank at the Hancock Village location and they are Awesome. Josh and Elijah are the two people that always help me. Any issues I have had with my account they work it out even if they have to call me after leaving. They both go over and beyond. My experience at this location is always a great one. KUDO'S to these two guys. Best customer service, polite, kind, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend the Handcock Village location.

Walked in today to the location dealing with an irate, yelling customer. After watching the situation for some time, the manager was antagonizing the lady and saying she and her rights as a customer did not matter, hearing that I walked away. This place honestly is a joke and I will be taking my money elsewhere, I would rate 0 but 1 star is as low as this goes.

Best bank experience EVER at this location!! Kaitlyn, Michael, and Chelcie were absolutely amazingly helpful, kind, organized, and knew exactly how to solve my issues!!! They were fun, knowledgeable, and best of all they tolerated my complete lack of banking knowledge!! I would recommend this team, and this branch to everyone!! Thanks for being amazing guys!!!

Love the staff at this bank. I always enjoy dealing with them, and they always remember my name. Like going to Cheers! If there is a complaint, its that google always gets the hours and days of operation wrong. 2020 effect, probably.

This branch has the kindest, most professional staff, knowledgeable staff I have.encountered in some time. It's a joy doing business at this branch . Ask those close to, or maybe a few miles out of the way, to go to this branch and experience banking as it was meant to be!! Awesome, awesome branch of WoodForest National Bank!
