“Awesome place for any local groomer to check out (and spend a lot of money!) staff was very nice, store was very well stocked, atmosphere was calm and content. If I didn’t live so far I’d be here every week! Definitely worth a visit! Rougarou rates it a 10 out of 5 stars!”

“They have pet supplies & accessories for almost any type of pet. Ample parking. Clean with knowledgeable staff. Many unique items. They also have live animals: fish, reptiles, kittens hamsters,etc. They don’t carry any of the typical consumer branded food products like Purina, Pedigree, etc.”

“We took our 2 yr. old golden retriever, Misty, in yesterday for a full grooming. Misty gets very anxious when at the vet or at a grooming service. This was Misty's 2nd grooming ever, and the first time at this PetSmart in Chester. Our dog looked fantastic when we picked her up. The groomer, Sarah, was very considerate of Misty's temperment and would let her have a number of breaks, or time outs, to get the job done. We are so pleased with the service, the caring nature of Sarah, and the results of Misty's grooming. We will definetly be bringing Misty here from now on.”
“Two very helpful employees took the time today to put together the largest cat tower (“lookout loft”) that Petco (on Rittenhouse Dr in Midlothian VA) sells to see if I was still interested in buying it - which I was. They then proceeded to help load it into our SUV - no small feat because of the size of the loft - and did all of this very professionally-

“While this Petsmart isn't exactly close to where I live, the parking is abundant, the prices are competitive with Petco and I feel like they offer a lot of brands that Petco does not. I have a puppy that I am trying to transition to a more high-end food and Petco just didn't have the brands I was looking for. This PetSmart has a great variety of Merrick, Instinct, Natural Balance and Wellness brands and now carries the Bobby Flay "Nacho" food line, which previously you could only get online. I feel like they usually have what I need whether it be for my turtle, cats or now our new puppy, Wilma.”
“BE CAREFUL IF YOU’RE RETURNING ITEMS!!!! I had to return to the store due to the incorrect amount refunded to a giftcard. The store manager helped me and added some money to the gift card, but it still didn’t equate to the amount of my return. I had to call the corporate number to resolve this issue and be refunded the correct amount. Other than that it’s a good store!”
