The site states they offer military discounts; however when the store does not off a cut off date. The lady appeared to pull a date out the air when asked why that information was not posted on website or in store. They were more interested getting my money for the service verses honoring veterans as posted on the internet. The price of tax prep was not provided even after I told the lady I’ve never been here before. The were interested in pushing me for drop off but wouldn’t supply this information.

Amy the tax preparer!!!! She knows the meaning of quality customer service. She's most patient and knowledgeable. She makes you feel at ease. Tax time can bring alot of anxiety with it but, not with Amy.

Amy Bridgeman has been doing my taxes for many years now. She knows how to do Railroad retirement and not everyone knows that. We have worked together so I know exactly how to be prepared before our meeting. I will continue to come there and meet with Amy for as long as I have to do taxes!

Absolute HORRIBLE experience. I do not recommend this location to anyone. Never. In. My. Life. Have I experienced such discrimination towards people with disabilities. Not only were the staff members rude without proper knowledge as to how to go about filing taxes, but Ms/Mrs. Linda Adams told my friend that "She can't do her taxes because she's on disability". I had to call corporate to file a complaint, & was advised that I should have her fired, press charges against H&R Block, AND ask them for a formal apology from Ms. Linda herself. What a nightmare. I now have to write letters to corporate, V.A. district attorneys office along with several other people. What a joke. The only reason I left a star was to warn people about this place otherwise I wouldn't leave half of one.
