Thank you so much Jason at this store for helping me today! After a stressful morning being on the side of 288 with a child and a flat tire, he immediately saw the stress and got me in and out with getting my tire fixed! You need any good customer service go see him!

I made an appointment for new tires. When I showed up there were three walk in waiting in line. I’ve been waiting an hour and a half and my truck still isn’t done. Every walk in was serviced before mine even though I made an appointment. There is no point in having appointments if they don’t have meaning. Extremely frustrating. I took time off of work and my time is valuable to me. I won’t come back here to this location. I’m literally here waiting still. The excuse they gave is they got bombarded with walk ins. Update. It took 2 hours and they also charged me for the tire disposal when I kept them. I am not sticking around to get that corrected.

This place is the best! Wish they did more than just tires. They always go above and beyond whether its staying late to get your new wheels on, letting you exchange tires because you dont like them, and they are great at price matching too!

Great service however, they left my wheel caps loose so a bolt fell out and then the cap was loose and scratched up my wheel a bit.

Discount Tire of Chesterfield VA saved my vacation. They were the only place that had a tire in the size I needed on hand. 45 minutes and we were on our way. The Staff there were SUPERB. Very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend them for any of your tire needs.

I ?% recommend Discount Tire on Hull Street road!!! (The one located across from Chick-Fil-A)
✅ I paid online and pulled up and they met me at my car and took care of me asap.
✅ Eric at the front was smiling and gave phenomenal customer service and was very polite.
✅ They have an app and a tracker to see where your car is at in the process.
✅ When I called this morning to see if they could fit me in… the man on the phone (Jaffarre, sorry if I spelled it wrong) was super polite and they didn’t have my type of tires, but he got on the phone and ordered them immediately and had them sent to discount tire and also fit me in that day!!!
I am so happy with the customer service that I felt the need to write this post. They are great! Totally recommend!

I must be the last to know! I went in for repair of a slow leak in a tire, and they repaired it and reset my air pressure sensors to read the correct wheels at no cost! I must be the last to know. I walked in, and the attendant greeted me by name, I was so taken aback I neglected to get his name,(searched my plate # as I pulled in) but needless to say, I'll never forget how that made me feel. Nice going Discount tire attendant!

Great experience at this location. Eric was extremely friendly and informative on guiding me through my options. Instead of being told "you have to do X Y Z", I was shown the damage, explained why that would be a problem, and then shown what options I had at what price points. No point did I feel rushed or like my business was just an annoying obligation like I do at other auto shops.

I went online found my tires paid for them (got an on line discount) went to the location they pulled up my order took my keys and changed my tires. In and out in about 30 minutes.

I can't tell you how wonderful the service is here. Every time. Today was beyond that even. I couldn't get a lug nut off from another dealer that damaged it.They took every avenue possible at Discount Tire to make sure I was pleased and went way way way above and beyond to make sure they fixed someone else's damage. With SMILES ON THEIR FACES. Jaffari and Ben were the ones that helped specifically and some others even landed their advice.Customer for life.

More of a broader Discount Tire review than this specific location. Their website said this location does alignments and led me through booking an appointment for an alignment here. But I get here and they do not do alignments. Their system apparently booked me for a rotation instead. This has been a massive waste of my time.
