The buying experience was okay with the exception of the finance guy trying to sell me a higher interest rate on financing that I qualified for and then selling me the wrong maintenance wrap. Watch those finance guys.

I was very please with the service at CMA Hyundai in Colonial Heights. Our sales representative Erick was awesome! Their no pressure sales approach was refreshing. I highly recommend that you check them out when searching for a new vehicle.

The customer service is elite. I started my application online. I got a text from Ashley who handles online applications. Between lots of texts (because I was being super particular) and a few phone calls, they found me a car I was happy with and a bank to work with my less than perfect credit. I didn't have a car. So Ashley sent KD, who is the salesperson who took over, to pick me and my son up from my home. KD picked me up in MY brand new car. Asked if I wanted to drive it to test it out. I was only in the dealership for a little over an hour. They gave it a detail, filled up my tank. It was the easiest and most pleasant experience I had with purchasing a vehicle.

I would like to point out the excellent service I received from “Coach” Bill Russell.
I was debating between a number of car manufacturers and models in the same category.
Bill understood very quickly (before me…) what I was looking for.
I have a professional background in the automotive industry. Bill caught on to this immediately and adjusted our conversation accordingly.
Through out my thought process, he helped me with my decision without making me feel that he is “pushing a sale”.
He was customer sensitive and centric. Very professional, helping me navigate my options, possibilities, expectations and needs.
I am very pleased with my choice and interaction with Colonial Hyundai.

I scheduled an appointment for a fuse replacement, due to a recall. An hour before my appointment, I was called and told they would need to order the part and they would call me next week when the part arrived. A little inconvenience, but I understood. However, that was in MAY...it's now July. I've given ample time for them to reach back out, as that's not my responsibility. If they don't want to do the work because I don't have to pay for a recall, just be up front about it. I go out of my way now to get service done.

Had a phone conversation, stating what I was looking for and arranged an appointment time. Upon arrival the car and salesman were waiting out front. Purchased, traded and financed all in 1 trip, approximately 2 hrs total time. Friendly people throughout the dealership and great follow-up to insure my satisfaction.
