They need to hire more staff. 7 people in line and only 1 teller. This is the second time I was there and it's the same story, only one teller and a long line. That's not the way to run a bank.

I have been a member with Wells fargo for years. Yesterday I went through the drive thru atm and inserted my card. The machine did not acknowledge anything and I could not get my card back. After a few minutes of trying different buttons, I pulled around and walked inside. Trying to lock eyes with someone inside to get them to see how worried I was, I gave up and stood in line. Once I got to the front I greeted the woman and said what happened. Her response "We are not responsible for the machines. That is a separate company. You can go on your app and order another card." I said "So my card is just gone?" She said yes. Being in customer service and patient care for 15 years, this was pretty sad. I could not imagine having this be my only card, or being elderly and not knowing how to go on an app. There was no compassion whatsoever and what I got out of that was this is my problem, not theirs. I will not be visiting that branch again.

Visited bank to access safety deposit box. 35-year customer at this location. Was not greeted in a customer friendly manner. Given the recent collapse of regional banks, I had expected a better customer welcome. Is my business valued? I wonder.

So we've been waiting in the line. We're the last car and it's 5:06, the black lady with braids and glasses at the window says, you came after 5 and we're closed, and we we're looking at her like we're literally the last car and we had to wait. You really can't take us as a common courtesy? This is how you lose members. Goodbye

Very poor service, seems like some members of the staff just want to deny your request for the sake of telling someone no. Definitely avoid this location if you can.

Need to update your hour sign! Hours posted on drive thru till 1pm. Saw 3 workers depart the side door and watch me pull into the drive up window and not 1 told me " sorry we'll closed" sloppy customer service!!!
