There are 10 people in line and only 2 tellers are working. Can the other employees come out and help when they see the line is long? I see them popping in and out but they don't care.

First time at this location, went to cash a check Saturday morning. It was very busy however I had the pleasure of meeting Riley. She was so nice her customer service was awesome. She took care of my check quick and with ease. I am now considering opening an account with wells. Shout out to Riley!

Not an accommodating bank, been banking with them for a while, they go strictly by the book can't even give you consideration once you're already inside. They rush you out the door.It's my own account, but i am not allowed to change or add a beneficiary. I have to make an appointment to do so. Defeats the purpose of online banking. Waste of my time and gas.These are the ages of AI & high tech, and they can't catch up with new technologies.

I was embarrassed and humiliated at the way a teller spoke to me when I had questions regarding how a policy/procedure worked for an account.She had short spikey blonde hair. I do a lot of business with Wells Fargo and have for years and have never been so disrespected or disregarded In a place a business as I was here recently.By the reviews I see posted I feel very worried my money is invested here.

Do not bank at Wells Fargo put a big depot cashier check in atm cause they are closed but now the deposit ain't there and I have to cal l another company that owns and controls Wells Fargo accounts cause the bankers can't even tell you what is going on with a 6400.00 dollar cashier deposit deposit don't use this bank don't use

Sitting in drive through. Customer in lane one doesn’t have a clue. Customer in lane 3 waiting…I’m in lane 2 waiting….Young lady at the window= 1st class but she can only do so much.…WellsFargo needs to do better….

This place is NOT about courtesy or customer service! I waited 20 mins in line because the Asian teller thought it was good business to hold a personal conversation with the person she was dealing with AFTER the ladies transaction was done now mind u the line had 6 people in it! After she wraps up all her personal talk so spends another 5 mins looking on the computer before she calls the next person when it was finally my turn to cash a check drawn on their account she tells me I have to have to forms of ID now mind you that you cant get a DL unless you have to provide 2 forms of ID so it’s absolutely insane a state not expired ID is not enough so I go out to my car to get my CAC card to go wait in line again, I give her my CAC card that’s in a CLEAR SEE THROUGH card holder for her to tell me I have to physically take the card out so she can type in the numbers on back ummm it’s in a clear see thru holder so she obviously was making cashing their check difficult for me she snaps down both of my ids and thrusts them at me! 6 mins later she gives me the money in an envelope didn’t count it out to me or nothing!!!! COURTESY IS NOT THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICE AND NEITHER IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would NEVER bank with this place and I feel bad to even hold a mortgage under them with this unprofessionalism!

I have had one of the worst weeks ever. Not only did they take care of my problems when no one else would but they were extremely nice and went above and beyond. Thank you for taking care of the customer.

Honestly probably has the nicest staff of any Wells Fargo I've ever been to. And better then a lot of the other banks in the area. I wish the other Wells Fargo in the area were as friendly as the staff here is.

Cashier was very pleasant and usually good service; but, the building smells stinky & old inside.Walked in and it wasn't busy at all. There's no reason someone in house, could not accomidate me with an appointmentwithout me having to phone in, or go to lap top. I'm so, tired of covid being an excuse for poor customer service. Please, serve with excellence, please....

The sleeve tatted employee at this branch messed me up with my order for a replacement card. I completed the new order inside this branch at the end of August (only customer inside at the time). Today, I still don't have my card. Why??? Because she did not include the ONE DETAIL I told her was missing from my confirmation screen (my apartment number). I called Wells Fargo Customer Service this am. They decided to report it "lost" again although I never received it AND the new card they are expediting WILL HAVE A DIFFERENT NUMBER!! Thanks a bunch. Now I have to change that information on everything associated with autopay, etc. This has cost me more time and inconvenience than it ever should. That employee was five star friendly at ignoring me about one very specific detail when I brought to her attention that the shipping address was incomplete.I wouldn't recommend letting anyone other than the ATM handle any transactions at this branch.
