Quick review. This location is superfast to get into and out of because of the access to battlefield blvd., I-64, and I-664. The tellers are kind and very efficient. The customer service is great inside and outside. Love this location.

I cannot speak to any branch but the one at 672 N Battlefield. I had a good experience. The office manager greeted me as I entered the bank and he directed to me to the person I was supposed to see. All three employees that I interacted with were pleasurable, courteous, and attentive to the task at hand. I took one star off because of corporate, not local, hiccup. I would go there again.

We went to the branch late on a Friday with an unusual circumstance that required the branch manager to coordinate on our behalf with a specific department of the bank located somewhere on the West Coast. Despite the approaching closing time of the bank, Mr. Shears hung with us, and took care of everything in less than an hour. This particular circumstance we expected to take a couple weeks at least to resolve and we were delighted. We especially appreciate Mr. Shears' professionalism and patience with us. Could not have gotten better service! Thank you!

I see that many/most of the Wells Fargo Branches in Chesapeake have sub standard ratings with the complaints being absolutely pitiful.I have no doubt that the reason for this is due to a manager by the name of Susan Churchill. Uncertain if she manages multiple branches or just one however, her unethical ways, incompetence and disgusting attitude is probably like a virus amongst the Chesapeake branches.I honestly think she should be digging ditches where nobody else is around. She made several major mistakes (some-the same mistake on more than one occasion- putting funds in the wrong account when specifically being told which account to put the funds in, causing checks to bounce and being charged fees for insufficient funds when that obviously wasnt the case). When my Mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, we went to the branch and advised I needed to be placed on my Mom's accounts due to my Mom not being able to manage her finances and not paying her bills. I needed to take care of her bills and monitor transactions. This, by the way, was at the direction of my Mother's Neurologist. Susan Chrchill refused to honor the request saying, I was just trying to steal my Mother's money. I told her, the Neurologist suggested this and I advised I could have the Dr. confirm but, the cow still refused. My Mother had forgotten her ATM pin and my Mother asked for it to be changed/re-set but again, the cow refused, so my Mom wasn't even able to use her ATM card. She then called Adult Protective Services and reported me for attempting to steal my Mothers money. I spoke to the Investigator, explained the circumstances and she, in turn, called the Neurologist and confirmed what I advised her. The investigator told me, she doesn't have time for people making false reports and making false allegations.I advised the Investigator that she needs to tell the wing nut, Susan Churchill to stop acting like she knows everything because, clearly, she couldn't find water if she fell out of a boat.Everyone with issues regarding Wells Fargo needs to safeguard their financial wellbeing and find another banking institution where you won't be treated like trash by such people as the cow mentioned above and more importantly, make sure your accounts are handled in an appropriate, professional manner.I RAN from Hells Fargo and have never had an issue since that time with my new bank. It's a shame such people can walk around with their "holier than thou" attitude and treating people with ZERO respect and absolutely NO professionalism whatsoever. I guess there's smelly, rotten apples in every group and Susan Churchil is really stinking up Wells Fargo.

Visited this branch to make a change on my business/corporate checking account. There were no customers in the lobby at the time. Was told to have a seat and someone would be with me shortly. Tellers/manager were "counting money". After 15 minutes, I left as nobody met with me. Appears that counting money was more important than attending to customer's needs!

The most inconvenient bank ever. It takes less than 5mins to print a card but you have to make an appointment. Next appointment was the next day even though my card was cancelled by them TODAY!. Their mix up is my stress. I wish there was a TD bank closer to where I live.

Most disappointing and poor customer service ever! Made an appointment, arrived promptly, no one answered the lobby door, told to go through the drive through and then told again to go to the door. Finally someone came to the door and told me that my appointment needed to be cancelled cause I was late. Then told my bank rep was busy-but I had an hour appointment-not sure what they were busy with when I was there in my time frame.
