I recently ordered a couch online from Wayne's Furniture. They were prompt to reach out to me and confirm all the details. The couch was supposed to take 3 weeks to get to the warehouse and was actually delivered in a week, with delivery to my home set up the following week. The delivery men, Willard, and his co-worker were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, upon delivery, the wrong colored couch was ordered. Willard quickly rectified the mistake, and Kris (spelling) reached out to me within minutes to offer either a discount or to order the correct product. I did select to have the correct color ordered.
Even with this mistake, the amount of professionalism expressed by all employees has made me confident that not only will I receive the correct product, but this is a business that truly cares about its customers. They have made me a new customer for life :)

My husband and I received the best customer service ever. Kris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She wasn't over baring and allowed us to shop how we needed to. To be honest we came in this store by accident and was not interested in purchasing anything. We left that store with a whole living room suit. Not only can we sit in comfort but also in style. All of this is thanks to Kris. We definitely have been sharing the news and will be back for more! Thank you for having such an amazing employee!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. I stopped in last night to browse a few things I saw online and Melissa greeted me and let me have my time and space to browse around without pushing. She was extremely helpful, reminded me to take measurements since the showroom can be misleading and she didn’t try to upsell me or steer me away from what I was looking at. She thoroughly explained the payment options and let me walk out without any pressure at all. I came back tonight and had the same experience with Melissa and the owner, they listened to what I wanted and at no point was I pressured to spend more or add on anything. He even went so far as to pull out the calculator and show me that the total price was for the pieces with the discount applied, without me asking him to do so. This is an honest business with spectacular inventory.

I will say my experience started off bad.. After speaking with a sales representative on messenger about a couch they had advertised, I was told and reassured that this couch would be at the Chesapeake location, so, we drove over an hour hauling a trailer behind us to go pick it up… big surprise, they didn’t have it there. The lady in the store was very apologetic and tried so hard to find us a different couch which was either out of our price range or not at all what we were looking for. We were finally ready to leave after an hour of looking when she asked if she could show us one more option… she brings us to a couch they weren’t going to be getting any more and made us a great deal! Six months later I can say this is the best couch I have ever owned. I get compliments on it by everyone who sits on it and it is holding up very nicely! I absolutely love the angled oversized seat on the end. I would really love to get more pieces to this couch!

Kris suggested the best sectional for us and it was honestly the most comfortable I’ve ever sat on and the exact dining set I was looking for!
