Brandon was the bomb! I was having an issue with my phone & stopped in.While he was figuring it out he showed me an upgraded plan for less money than I was currently paying. Plus trading in my phone for a free new one! We ordered the new phone, it came in the next day & he set everything up for me. Awesome! Nice young man, very knowledgeable & terrific customer service! I appreciated everything he did for us.

Brandon did an awesom job helping us setting up a new cell phone for my husband. He transferred everything over for us and made sure we were comfortable with everything before we left. He was prepared to stay after closing, if needed to assist us. He is very knowledgeable and we will be sure to ask for him if we need service in the future.

The associate at the Verizon store I visited was awesome. I needed a new phone and was due for an upgrade. He was very professional and informative. I felt bad for him due to the fact it was early afternoon on a Thursday and he was working alone and the store was getting busy. He took his time as he handed multiple clients at a time and never showed any signs of frustration. He made every patron feel at ease as he multi-tasked. Nothing but high praise for him.

Came in close to closing and bought a new phone. Customer service was outstanding! Stayed late to finish transferring everything and explaining different nuances to my husband! Truly why I love Verizon!

highly recommend this location,my p.o.c Jessica is a real sales savage with the up most professional pitch possible : Meeting and understanding the needs of her CLIENTS! I HIGHLY DOUBT ill be able to shop anywhere else when it comes to wireless providers ,Jessica really knows this business,i hope she remains with the company because in my opinion shes a huge asset to that establishment ,i was so comfortable talking with her and the rest of the friendly associates i stayed longer than anticipated but to make a long story longer , everyone needs to visit this store if considering switching carriers... again highly recommend ,ask for Jessica! ?

I had a very unique and friendly experience with Jessica. She was awesome and personable. Definitely recommend asking for her. She's the life of the store and every effort should be made to keep her employed at the store for as long as possible. 10/10.

I just broke my phone and needed a new one right away went to the Verizon store and sadly they don't fix, repair or replace thru insurance but the super nice young man Brandon offered me an alternative to out right purchasing or going thru the hassle of the insurance and he pulled my account up and told me I could get a phone based on my plan for 800.00 off and only pay the15.00 difference for the S23 .. that was great ... we went thru the process got everything done, when I got home the phone seemed to be really warm and stayed that way even after I fully charged it and removed it from the charger ... I didn't think much about it figured it was because the data transfer an all placed my phone on my night stand, later that night the phone made a loud alert sound I picked it up and the phone had an internal heat warning on the screen also the phone was super super hot to touch something is wrong with the phone the battery is messed up . The battery was fully charged and no longer on the charger and it burned thru the entire charge in 3 hrs at that point I turned the phone off I will just have to get another one. Will update the post after I get this taken care of, but I'm am Only going to deal with Brandon who was super polite and caring.

From the time I entered the store and Brittany introduced herself, I was so impressed by her positive vibes. That made the entire process very comfortable. She explained everything well and answered all of my crazy questions. Thank you Brittany for being really good at what you do.
