What a pleasure it is NOW to use the Deep Creek post office. The young man with the eyeglasses is efficient and very informative while performing his duties. There's no delay or drama. I am a satisfied customer of the DC post office. My mailman Arne is the best as well. Thank you.

Absolutely terrible customer service representative answered my call. Female customer service rep repeatedly put me on hold with no warning and responded to inquiries with snarky sarcastic responses. Completely rude and unprofessional behavior.

Dropped off 4 packages in July 31st and the tracking hasn't updated since then. Every time I go in the clerks just say "there's a problem at the plant" and refuse to help anymore. Absolutely abysmal.

Startling Village Apartment. Our regular postal mailman doesn't deliver postal mail as required, because he said "he is under no obligation to deliver mail". We need a good mailman who love his job. Where is the government in this? That is selish, lazy and sorry as hell. He needs to wash his dirty nasty &_$#@ long dreads.

Good people working the front, however this location is beyond outdated and lacks leadership that would improve the systems & processes in place. Chesapeake needs a higher performing post office, someone pls get these good workers better leaders who will push the USPS system to upgrade this facility.

Treated with sarcastic remarks, counter staff does have clue how to keep a line moving. They are very condescending and then waste time in idle conversations between themselves. A disgraceful display representation of our government employees.

Love the staff! The woman working the front counter was amazing!! She was friendly, personal, and very helpful which is rare these days since customers take everything so personal if staff do their job, smile, and give a deal about other people’s issues.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
