Picked up several pieces of jewelry. Wasn’t exactly sure what I was looking for and Heather was amazing and patient. She answered all of my questions and really knew everything about their products and jewelry in general.Came back about a week later and had my toddler pierced and Heather did an amazing job of calming my daughter and mostly me. I was worried about the earring being level because larger lobs run in my family. They are perfect. Thank you Heather.

Liz was so professional, kind and sweet. She helped me find a chain and the charm for my new grandson that's on the way that I was looking for. She was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions. It was such a great experience dealing with her. She made my day. I really commend her for being a great worker. She's definitely a keeper for this particular store!!!

Such a wonderful shopping experience. Went there for 1pair, and ended up with 3. The employee Tyre, went above and beyond to make sure I found what I wanted. He was so patient and customer friendly. He didn't rush me. He should definitely be a keeper. Thanks Tyre for your help.

I would give this zero stars if I could. I went to take my daughter for her birthday to get ears pierced. She picked out her earrings. I asked how much they were. They told me $49.99 but neglected to tell me 24.99 per earring so they charged me double for a warranty per earring that I never asked for. They just said the earrings are protected for a yr. They never said would you like to purchase a warranty for each earring for a yr? The way they worded it...it made it seem like they were just automatically covered. And then they handed her the cleanser which they charged me $19.99 for which was free when I took her sister a month earlier. They didnt ask me if I wanted to purchase that either. Then they were trying to kill a roach that was crawling up the counter space. Not happy about the deception at all.
