I was looking for a sterling silver necklace chain. I was having a hard time finding a chain with a small catch to go through the necklace stone I had. Reed's was the first store that had exactly what I needed to put my necklace back on. I was very grateful for the three year warranty on the chain. My parents and I recently visited Reeds to purchase a replacement wedding ring. Bernadette was super patient with us while my mom tried on at least 15 different ring sets.
