Their drive up ATM kiosk is The Worse!!! Often times you can't make a Deposit when you need to, because that option is not working properly or out!!! Very inconvenient and on top of that, they have very few locations in the area.....SMH

Seriously starting to go downhill. I have business accounts totaling over 6 figures. We will be considering new business banking due not having a business relationship manager at all. Hear me out, this branch and PNC as a whole does not care about your business. They have horrible business banking and the tellers at this branch just want you gone. Tell me why I wait 20 minutes at the drive thru where there is not another soul in the bank or the drive thru? The manager is awful and does not want to help you. You are the problem always, not their horrible policies

Why do you have ”greeters” who do everything they can to keep you out of the bank? I don’t want to do a mobile or ATM deposit. PNC is the most chaotic, unorganized, pushy bank I’ve ever dealt with. Any branch I walk into it seems like no one knows what they’re doing.

Some of the most incompetent bankers I have ever had the unpleasantry to deal with. I’m am a fully disabled man and I was told that PNC was easy to deal with for the disabled. That’s a blatant lie.

The manager at this branch refused to cash my cashiers check even though he verified it was real and legit. I asked if I could open an account and deposit the cashiers check and he refused to even let me open account. I felt discriminated against! Please stay away from PNC especially this branch!

Kathryn Garris does not help her employees she does not know how to balance her own activities and help her employees she’s very negative she should be a regular banker not a manager every one else here is great Kristen is great but the way Kathryn garris treats the Employees she should be FIRED!

Lived here for two years and always had great experiences. Whether it's just the drive through or walk in services, they've always been courteous and helpful. We had to get a money order moments before closing for the purchase of our home when we first moved here, and they were nothing but congratulatory.

I signed up online. Then went to the physical branch: had money removed from a credit card I didn't understand to put on the account and its listed it started that day, so not entirely correct it goes online. Major problems with their bill payer taking out multiple accounts' 'payments' before the account was opened and 3 weeks into the future. Then needed to 'verify' my account and the teller couldn't give me any money or do any transactions but I could only do online. Tell me how that makes sense. Hung up multiple times trying to get this sorted out. Stories would flip flop among all these and still NO ANSWERS as to why all this happened.

This PNC branch is great!! The people are pleasant they go put of their way to speak to you and make you feel welcomed they even acknowledge your fur-babies by sending them out treats! I love this branch and would rather travel from Norfolk to tgis branch then to go to the one in downtown Norfolk, Va.
