Wendy and Rosa were beyond exceptionally helpful. I switched over from my old carrier. Both were very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to switching over. Both associates were respectful and fun to speak with. I highly recommend coming here if you need to switch. Thank you both for the help and with my phone.

The worker helped me do an upgrade and I got a really nice phone with screen protector and case. He was really nice and explained everything to me before I paid anything, this is definitely the only Metro I'll be going to.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!!! SCAM!!! They sold me a phone, put the receipt in the bag, I get home, phone will not charge, I try to return only for the lady to be extremely rude and call me a liar, stating that I bought the phone from the great neck location. Which is entirely inaccurate, I live like right across the street and I'm not crazy, I know what location I went to, it's not my fault they gave me a receipt with a different address, I told her to check her cameras. Extremely rude, I believe they print the wrong address intentionally in order to prevent returns. Avoid this location, but if you can't CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!!!! I wish I would have! The lady has zero customer service skills, literally did not even try to help me and instantly called me a liar without even checking. I have never experienced anything like this in my life.

Horrible service. My app didn't work for my payment. I come in with cash to avoid any additional fees, only to be told you're charging a $5 convenience fee. Convenience?? I had to drive to the location because the app wasn't working. What about that is convenient? And the associate didn't even offer to remove this fee as a courtesy, which was insane.

I do not recommend this place because it is not good with customer service and you are Latino and do not come near it because they do not provide good service they ask you for an American I D and if you do not have it they do not give you or sell you anything

Horrible, the sales rep was completely trying to get over. Never have I been told that to upgrade a phone that it would cost 300-400 dollars. Even for the cheaper Samsung phones. I even had to pay an additional fee for my bill.
