Worst customer service. I walked in, no acknowledge that I was standing at the counter. When the lady noticed me, she said the guy named and answered her rudely "What"...As if he was being inconvenience. Then just looked at me. No "hello"; no "how can I help you"; So I said "Hello"...This idiot just stood there and looked at. My response " nevermind" and I walked out. I guess greeting customers is that difficult. I WON'T BE BACK!! PERIOD...TERRIBLE SERVICE AND DEFINITELY NEED TO WORK ON SOME PEOPLE SKILLS

I’ve used this service a couple of times. They get the job done so I’ll continue to use them but the atmosphere can be uncomfortable. The woman is older and understandably, not tech savvy, and the son gets visibly frustrated when she messes up or asks for help. I always leave feeling embarrassed and sorry for her.

Mother and son team. They are always so helpful and courteous. . I’ve used them often whether for faxes or mailing and my packages have always arrived on time. Some have been small and others quite large. They do a great job boxing up, preparing packages in envelopes, etc. . I’m off to see them this morning!

This business is absolutely excellent! We drop off all our outgoing mail here and know that it will be delivered as expected. They send mail USPS, FedEx, and UPS and we have never had any problems. We KNOW our mail will get to the destination on time and when expected. We have every confidence in the services at Mail Werks on Cedar Road in Chesapeake.
Incoming and outgoing mail in our community is not reliable or on time. So, we are very thankful for Mail Werks. The staff there are pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend!

I mailed a package, UPS overnight, it was $12.99. My daughter left her Invisalign retainers in a visit, I mailed back! Then.the next day, she NEVER received it! The online system said that the package was still at Mailwerx and that UPS had never scanned the item! I ask the owner what happened, she stated " we are not responsible for the UPS Driver failure to scan your package! What EXACTLY did I pay $12.99 to Mailwerx for? I trusted them to make certain my package was safely transfered to UPS. That to me, is their ONLY function, to make certain, all packages that are entrusted to them, are scanned and on the way to destination. I won't be using their service again. By the way, we have used their service for many years but I'm glad to find out, they believe that their only responsibility is to take my money!

Use them all the time for shipping and mailing anything. Very helpful and have very reasonable rates for packing and shipping materials. They also tell you your shipping options and costs and expected delivery for you to decide. Great for repeat shipping because they save your profile and addresses-so is really nice for sending care packages to our daughter at college.

This owner and his Mother have provided great customer service, with a smile!

Shipping here for almost 3 years NEVER a problem with Mail Werx! Very pleasant people and cares for all my packages received and sent out!Shipping through all carriers (usps, ups, fed ex etc ) are ALWAYS the problem - NEVER Mail Werx!

I don't know what the old lady's problem is, but if you're gonna be a jerk to your customers then quit or go home. It felt as if I was bothering her because I asked for a piece of tape for my package. Ill be using any other postal service than this from now on.

I mailed my husband’s two deployment care packages through this facility. Our whole family worked hard to put this package together and it had some sentimental and expensive items in it. The package never reached him. When I track the boxes it tracking says “Label created awaiting pick up” and nothing else. I called the facility and they told me there was nothing they can do. Extremely disappointed

I recently moved to the Chesapeake area and I am so pleased that I found Mail Werx. They were very helpful in assisting me with my UPS and Fed Ex packages along with other questions I had. The customer service I received was excellent and very professional. I recommend their business for shipping and/or packing needs; they are very helpful and eager to assist you.

Great little local shop, perfect for printing and shipping at a fair price. They also have a wide selection of boxes in a variety of sizes. If you're doing a small transaction, bring cash, anything under $5 they ask for cash. They're a small operation and have to pay credit card companies a fee, so help them out and bring cash!
