Love this store!! My son was in the market for some new kicks and he requested to go the mall to one of those “athletic stores”. So we shopped at least four other shoe stores within the mall before he found the ones he had to have at Champs. Malachi was our super nice and professional store associate who helped with our shopping experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend Champs at Greenbrier Mall, not only are staff super friendly and helpful, the store has a superb selection of shoes. Check em out y’all! The Quesadilla Family

Eh. Bought shoes and they charged me a price that was higher than advertised. As I bought other items with it I didn't realize it until after I paid and saw the receipt. ( The only reason I even bought them was because they seemed like a decent deal) they are cool but not what I usually wear. They then said they could only give me a gift card with the price difference in it and needed all my info. I get enough spam mail and emails as it is so I'm good. I paid cash and It would have been pretty easy for them to just fix the issue and pay me back the difference but either they or the company don't want to do that. I told them to just keep the difference ( because to me writing this review makes me feel like I got my money back if that makes sense). Either way there are too many stores that offer similar if not better selections of shoes to choose from without the headache or making me feel like they tried to slide one past me. Mistakes happen but when your only offered solution is to keep my cash and give me a gift card that can only be used in your stores it feels like you are trying to get over on me. That being said I will just stick with other shoe stores that I have had better, no issue experiences with.

Hard pass. The girl that worked the counter had a stank face when I asked a question. I was about to drop $500 for Fathers day and she was not helpful at all. She got rude when I didn’t want to give me phone number. Do better

My husband and I went in there to try on shoes and this one sales guy was on his personal phone and didn’t even bring out the shoes after my husband asked him twice. We waited 20 mins for him to do his job then left. I won’t be going back again.
