I paid the 3 installments as agreed, posted to my bank account with the last installment in November. NOW they are charging another installment!! Of course their customer service lines are not open. BUYER BEWARE when giving your credit card to them!

I got my class ring through this company because it’s the company my school went through.I was super excited to get my ring.They had a variety of styles and choices and the order process was pretty simple and quick.Our ring dance is Saturday and our ring ceremony was last night(Wednesday).When I received my ring it was exactly what I wanted and I was super pleased how ever when I got home not even an hour after opening the box and seeing it for the first time the stone fell out while I was just sitting showing it to my friends.I found the stone but it wouldn’t stay in the prongs.We thought it would be a quick and easy fix but that was not the case they informed us they couldn’t fix it at the store and they’d have to send it to Texas to be fixed and it’ll take around 4 weeks meaning I won’t have my ring in time for ring dance which sucks more than anything and it was supposed to be a special and fun night but that’s no longer the case.

Very rude in the phone! And some fairly in accommodating office hours - open only until 3:30 and not at all on weekends. Plus they only bother to come into the office if there are appointments. My son bought his ring which had a flaw that we need fixed. And since the only other option is to wait until the END OF JANUARY in his senior year to even talk to someone, he may as well not have gotten a ring for as little if it as he can we're it The flaw, by the way, is a poor metal finish that rubs his skin raw. Seems their customer service isn't the only thing that rubs folks the wrong way.

My high school senior son ordered and PAID for his cap and gown online on the Balfour website. I didn't hear anything else about it... A little while later my son got sick and had to be hospitalized for a couple of days. (He's better now.) After weeks of no cap and gown arriving in the mail or given to my son at school once he returned, he asked his guidance counselor where it was because graduation ceremonies were in a couple of days. At that time he was given a phone number to Balfour. I guess Balfour was never going to contact us. I called Balfour and was told that they had representatives in his school cafeteria during lunch for two days giving them out and that my son never came got his. Now...what would you do if you worked for a company and a student paid for an item, but didn't come in the cafeteria to pick it up? Would you try to call or email the customer? Would you leave it with the school office and ask them to get it to the student? Balfour told me that I had to take time out of my busy schedule and drive to their facility and retrieve it. Shipping it to me or the school was not an option. I spent and an hour round-trip in traffic...wasting my time and gas to get the items that were paid for a month ago. I will not be using Balfour in the future. I will tell my sad story to the parents at school. I am going on the School's Facebook page and telling my sad story. Bad customer service!

Try to use another vendor if possible. The customer service here is especially bad. They don't really need your business & certainly don't appreciate it. They have so many orders from local schools that they don't value any one customer or any one order. Employees are rude, condescending and seem to dislike being bothered to help customers. You can order the same quality ring from many online sources as well as any other product they provide. I wont make this mistake again, ever.

Terrible vendor, use another one on line anywhere. They have so many school orders they just do not care about you or any one single customer. Employees are rude & condescending. Helping me was an inconvenience to the point of making me feel bad for wanting to order. Great news is I found quality online vendors, so I get to take my business elsewhere to people who appreciate me as a customer. I will never buy from Balfour again!

I bought the cap and gown for my high school son and Balfour should be ashame of the quality. If I could give zero stars I will. The cap is below poor quality. I paid $85.00 and propably Baifour bought it for 50 cents. EXPENSIVE for such POOR quality....

Your website is cumbersome and sluggish. The whole experience of getting my daughter her class ring has been a nightmare and your representatives don't seem to want to be bothered. I wish there were another way to go in getting her a class ring. What a mess.
