My fiance got my engagement ring from Adele. He designed it with the help of Erica and Marisa, and it's better than I ever could've imagined. We both went in after we got engaged to show them the ring and they were so excited to hear the engagement story. They cleaned my ring, and a necklace I had on that wasn't from their store, and we started talking about wedding bands. We made edits to the mock up of my wedding band and we designed his wedding band. We wanted similar elements of my ring design in his band, and Erica off the cuff had the best idea ever. It took 20 minutes to pick out all of the elements and put the mock up in the system. I can't rave enough about how great his experience was, and how special it was to have the staff be as excited as I was about my engagement ring and our future wedding. The gorgeous products they have are only made that much better by their caring and attentive staff.

Adele has great jewelry, i have many pieces from them & there staff is moderately amazing. I gave three stars because of the work done I got on my jewelry. At first I went in to get my things fixed, they were fixed and about two weeks later they both had broken, my bracelet & the stone came out of the ring I gotten fixed. Here we are a week later, a stone in my bracelet where it was fixed again is gone. I feel like the carelessness of the jeweler in the back is the reason for this. If you want beautiful jewelry, by all means come here. If you want your jewelry fixed, Please go elsewhere! That’s just my personal opinion.

We drew inspiration from the samples at the bridal bar and worked with Marissa and Ashley to develop a few unique ideas. Our purchase left us overjoyed, and we even picked up a stunning watch from their watch collection.Throughout our experience at Adele, Marissa and Ashley made us feel like our love story was their top priority. It was clear that they truly cared about making our engagement special and helping us find the perfect rings to symbolize our commitment to each other. The store opened a completely new line of credit (Wells Fargo) against my account EVEN THOUGH WE MADE NO PURCHASES. I would suggest anywhere else as we got a better quality product (2 grades higher on clarity & cut) for 2k less than Adele.

My experience with Adele surpassed anything I could have ever expected from a Jeweler! I was looking for an engagement ring and wanted to be different and custom. The whole process of design and engagement prep can be intimidating but not with Adeles team. My now Fiancé is in love with her ring and its surely a head turner! I could not be happier with the professionalism, the care, and the expertise Adele carries. I highly recommend!!

I went into Adele with a misshapen engagement ring, a watch that needed a new battery, and a pendant that needed a new chain. Marissa was awesome and able to help me with all three! She was so kind and had a great attitude, expertly handling each task. She showed me different chains, allowing me to find the perfect one. She worked with the jeweler to have my ring reshaped and had the battery changed with my watch in a heartbeat. Every time I've gone to Adele Diamond I've always been treated like I've been there a million times and the know me well. I would highly recommend Adele, Marissa, and the Greenbriar location for all your future jewelry needs. Thanks all!

I have spent thousands of dollars at this store and up until this week I’ve been happy with my jewelry and experiences. That said, the last experience I had here, I wanted to combine two rings I own into one for a custom setting. Asked for a rendering of the custom jewelry I wanted and a valuation of the existing settings I had to potentially sell them back. I was told 2-3 business days to get these things done. I called 5 days later, was told the next day my things would be done. Since then I called TWO more times speaking with the manager directly, he apologized and promised id have something the next day. Called again and he said the same thing.I finally went into the store today to collect my jewelry that sat untouched in their store for two whole weeks and ultimately cancelled the whole thing because I clearly was not a priority there and didn’t feel like wasting more weeks waiting to see if they’d ever get around to it.
