Wow. Just got my delivery. When I asked the man if he would take it to the back, he stated "that's not my job! I'm just the driver!" When I asked him where his help was he stated "there's only one seat in the truck." One of the most unfriendliest people I've ever met!!! So much for customer service, huh?

Great staff, called to make a delivery appointment and was able to pick it up myself at the distribution center sooner than they could deliver. Some quick paperwork and we were on our way.

I have been waiting two weeks for some equipment for my business to arrive. It finally made it to my local hub on 2/14/23. It has a projected delivery date of tomorrow 2/16/23. I call the local hub to set up a delivery time, and I am then informed that plans to have my equipment have not been made, and that I will have to wait another week to receive my equipment. Poor logistics for a company that does shipping!!!!!!!!!

ABF freight out of Cavalier Industrial Park in Chesapeake is just an awesome operation. Jim and all the staff there are great people. They communicate well, keep me informed of my shipments and their drivers are always courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend ABF freight to anyone!
