Willow Earth, one of Woodard's Leasing Professionals, is one of the best people I've ever worked with. She was always prompt in responding to emails and gave excellent tours of the Graduate Court property. She explained everything very thoroughly with us, and assisted us through the leasing process at every step. I couldn't recommend Willow and the management team at Woodard Properties more.

John T. With Woodard maintenance is AWESOME! He went above and beyond with his service and attitude when recently helping us fix our washing machine/ adjusting one of our doors. He made sure that we were completely satisfied with the fixes and was super respectful of our space. Yay Woodard!

My rental office space just had some major work done to connect it to the one next to it. Siporah and her team had a hole blasted thru the wall and made it to look like it had always been there in no time at all. And they scheduled around my covid outage without complaint, which was also super cool of them. Nice work!!!

This is the second time I have rented with Woodard Properties. Both times I have worked with Soporah and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Siporah is friendly and personable and on top of things. She’s quick to respond and super quick to handle business. John Waring and the team at Woodard Properties have really been a blessing lately! Even when I gave John a hard time about something we were supposed to fix, he was very polite and courteous and even went above and beyond to help us try to solve the problem and sent guys out to help troubleshoot the issue. It is truly refreshing to be a part of the Woodard Family and feel heard and respected, even when I was wrong, and still have them constantly trying to make our lives easier.
