Excellent and friendly service at all times. Very welcoming atmosphere and food is exceptional for breakfast and later in the day. The price points are very reasonable as well. I have nothing but praise for The Market at Belair!

If you get a sandwich, by all means get it on a French roll and eat it within the hour to savor the freshness. Add a pickle with some chips and enjoy your lunch with the view of BMW's and Volvo's filling up with 93 octane.

I pass by Belair Market daily when taking my son to work. I often stop in for lunch or a snack. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the food is great. This is one of my favorite places in Charlottesville.

One the best spots to snag a quick lunch in Cville. They make some of the best sandwiches in town and always have a ton of great specials (ex: fried chicken, mac & cheese, soups & chili, etc).You can always tell the quality of the ingredients with whatever you get!

Love all markets. The old lady cashier had the hardest time using my Markets app and allowing me to have the free drink I earned with points.If I could say anything to help it would be to teach her different than her stubborn ways. This isn’t my first time at market, had she just heard me out I could’ve walked her through the process. Or maybe just got a manger I know he would’ve done exactly what was needed.SUBS ARE AMAZING!!!!!

This might be my favorite sandwich shop which is surprising because you wouldn't think that a gas station would have good sandwiches. I've tried the Farmington, Ednam, and Earlysville sandwiches. They are all really tasty, though I slightly preferred the Farmington and Earlysville. Pro tip you can swap the sandwich bread out and I would recommend getting the french bread (toasted) it's delicious and so is there herb mayonnaise. The market also has delicious cookies and brownies you can grab and go. They don't have seating inside but they have outdoor tables.The 2 cons are that I've noticed them downsizing the size of their sandwiches which is why I'm reviewing them as 4.5 stars rather than 5 stars. Also their online order time estimation for ASAP is not accurate. We placed an order and their website said it would take about 40 minutes to be ready, so we stopped by a store out of our way to wait before arriving. When we did arrive we were the only ones there and picked up our order from behind the counter. It seemed like it had been made a long time ago and the toasted bread was cold by the time we picked it up. They should update how long orders will take to pickup instead of just defaulting to 40 minutes if it's not accurate.

One of my favourite spots to hit for lunch when I'm on this side of town. The staff are always friendly and the sandwiches are way beyond what you'd expect to get from a gas station. Absolutely recommend y'all to anyone that hasn't swung by yet.

Really good Yogaville sub. This sub has a nice blend of fresh vegetables with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, bean sprouts and maybe a few others I don't recall. I had the hummus spread in place of mayonnaise and it all was complimented well by the honey mustard dressing. Very filling and a local favorite that has been around for quite some time. Service is quick and they are very attentive to detail. Was too hungry, so you only get 1/2 the sandwich in the picture.

Great rotisserie chicken, fast service and really friendly employees! The Market is such a nice cozy convenience store! I didn't get a sandwich which is what they're known for because I was pressed for time at the moment, but those looked pretty tasty as well! I will definitely visit this shop again when I'm in the Cville area!

I always stop by this place... Never disappoints... Always fresh... Convenient from the highway... Always friendly... Only thing is they used to have specialty coffees... And espresso coffee's... Wish they would have that back again...

The Market at Belmont has become my new favorite place for sandwiches and subs. My wife is hooked now too. On our most recent trip it was a pleasure to see watch the staff visibly happy while doing their work and interacting with each other and the customers. For a miserably hot day where everyone else seemed to be exhausted and trying their best just to keep going in the heat, the crew were chatting, and even dancing while doing their jobs behind the counter.It was just the lift ai needed to recover from a long and draining day. I went because of good experiences in the past, for this visit the staff interactions were just what I needed to turn a bad week into a chance to leave that behind and start looking forward to the weekend.The food was prepared well, the shop was clean, service was fast, and the selection was great. The attitude of the staff set the experience apart from many of the other quick food choices in town.
