I've been working with the Seventh Wall (formerly QuickFix) team since I started my business four years ago. They have been fabulous to work with. They're extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and are always quick to respond whenever we have IT issues. I highly recommend them to other small business owners to assist with all their IT needs!

Outstanding service!! Kreela and Chris are amazing! From the first point of contact until the last, Chris was so helpful and kind! We are so grateful for Kreela and her knowledge and willingness to help in a very hard situation. She kept us posted throughout the entire process and really took her time to make sure we understood what was going on. She was our hero in this situation! As the former Firm Administrator for a local law firm, we used this company exclusively for all our computer needs. They developed security programs for our office, tended to all of our computer needs and problems and were hugely responsive when we had problems and issues. I wouldn’t use any other company.

Friendly, fast and competent. Weren’t able to get my old “8 y o” desk top much beyond functional but explained why and didn’t try to sell me any unnecessary gear or support.

I took a computer into QuickFix that just wouldn't connect to the internet.
It is used for both business and personal. Kreela is the computer tech who has worked on my computers several times over the years, so I was thrilled to know she was working on this one.
Kreela and everyone at QuickFix are great about keeping in touch with you regarding their findings and work they see needing done. But they are also awesome to let you know what they see that might require a slight change but make a big impact on how well the unit functions. Seriously, if it's already in for repair, to get it tuned up is gold! And they are always up front about cost.
This is my go to place for computer work. I've never had anything but the best experience with QuickFix and the staff there. They have my trust and thanks.

These folks are the bomb diggity. They manage and monitor my network and security as well as troubleshoot IT snafus on demand. Responsive, expert, professional but fun. Always sort things out as quickly as possible and provide helpful recommendations without any "sales hype." Can't say enough good things about them.

Just wanted to pop in say - as evidenced above - I have long been a very satisfied customer of Quickfix. But this week I experienced one the finest demonstrations of the very top level of Customer Service I've ever had. Had a situation arise, not an urgent "outage" of my business systems, but well beyond my ability to correct. It was also the middle of a serious snow storm and all around us, people were losing power and crashing. With out heat, light or other basics. I emailed quickfix, thinking I'd just get myself "in the queue". To my surprise - and pleasure - I got a call almost right away, first thing in the morning (early!) from their technician who is on the WEST COAST (3 hours behind us) who was willing to try to schedule a local person to address my problem. Right away.
Turns out, they were able to do that and the person - Kreela Moore -responding was herself snowed in and without power (had been for days by that time). She made her way to my office together with my distressed end-user friends and within minutes she diagnosed and set about fixing the problems. Extremely bright, analytical and very conscientious about the time being spent but without rushing. My end-user, older and not at all tech savvy, (by her own admission) was not only thrilled, but charmed by Kreela's very pleasant, easy going and upbeat demeanor. Not talking over our heads, using jargon and acronyms that intimidate most non tech persons, but carefully listening and explaining things in terms wecould fully understand. And showing us what she was doing. Not making it all mystery. We were super impressed.
But that's not the end of the story. We discovered, the following morning (a Saturday) that the email provider we had been vexed by to begin with, had reversed some of the corrections and we did not know how to fix it again. I texted Kreela (before 8 a.m. on a Saturday!) and she immediately responded and made herself available to address it right away, by phone. And she, still without power, heat or hot water! Kreela had it fixed and operational lickety split! This is servicee FAR above and beyond the call of duty! I have ALWAYS been pleased by all of Quickfix's personnel. Have used them for years now. Consistently prompt, professional, friendly, talented, smart. Experts in everything they do. And very efficient which keeps my costs low. However, Kreela really out did herself. Never once hinted that it might be an inconvenience at all. Honestly, I really cannot say enough good things about Quickfix and most especially, our heroine, Kreela Moore! Well done!
