Great place to have lunch. Great restaurants!! We had lunch at Otto Turkish Street Food.Unique collection of antiques!! Chineses, Indian and other Asian antiques!! I liked the “Ten Thousand Villages” shop, they sell products from Artisans all over the globe trying to eliminate the poverty and finding a market to sell their products.

Feast has specialty food items, including local. Spice Diva has the common and unusual. Seafood @ West Main provides the freshest seafood in town. All local and friendly.

Main Street Market is made up of Feast, Spice Diva, Orzo, Albemarle Baking Company, Feast Coffee Truck, Seafood at West Main, Crate & Marrow, and Monsoon Siam Togogo. Most of these open to a central hall/hallway with lots of seating. Each of these have their own yelp page so there's no point reviewing them here but it's a great collection. The building has a couple large private parking lots. Today it's raining out and in the 30/40s. I had to be out of my house for a few hours with my dog. It turns out while there are a lot of businesses in Charlottesville that have outdoor patios that are dog friendly, very few let you bring them inside. Main Street Market is the one exception I could find. Dogs are allowed in their seating area since all food prep is done in the shops. Our pup has enjoyed all of the attention he's received from passersby and I've enjoyed not having to be outside for four hours. The one downside is that there doesn't seem to be a public WiFi option. Several of the businesses have WiFi but it's all password protected.

Main Street Market has a great collection of shops and I visit here as often as I can. Ablemarle Baking Company is located in the front, and it is an excellent bakery which provides the baguettes used at Feast market and restaurant and Orzo restaurant in the same building. A new addition to the building is a cute storefront in the center that looks like a food truck and serves snacks and drinks from all the surrounding shops. Everyone there is incredibly friendly and it's so much fun to shop there!! Some of my favorite things there are the salsa from Feast and the chocolate almond croissants from the bakery. I recommend that everyone stop by and visit every shop in Main Street Market!

This is a neat space and I had a bit of time to explore as I waited for my sandwich from Feast. There's a fish monger at one end with all sorts of tasty seafood items. The tuna steak looked amazing. Then there's the Spce Diva with over 150 different spices. And then there's the Feast market with cheeses and wines and beers and higher end deli meats. A number of tables inside and out so that you can enjoy your meal here, too! Just an awesome spot.
