I love their ham and biscuits, but I really need them to salt the country ham. Otherwise, it's just honey & hot sauce carrying it. SALT YOUR HAM MORE. There is no flavor to the ham, and it is infuriating. Everything else is stellar. Especially the pimento cheese. Buy it all, guys. So good.

JM Stock Provisions has the absolutely best local meat. Tonight we had the privilege of eating an exquisite beef tenderloin. Yesterday, we had the lamb sausages in a pasta for dinner. For lunch we had the beef hotdogs. Everything was tasty and delicious. This is an amazing butcher.
