LOVE hot yoga Charlottesville! The classes and staff are amazing. Since starting I have felt better mentally and physically. 5 stars bc I really have no complaints!

Our experienced staff is trained to teach brand new students and advanced students alike and will craft an experience in the hot room that will leave you feeling empowered and peaceful. We have full locker rooms, mat and towel rentals as well as a small boutique if you're interested in owning your own gear.
