I had a mixed experience here.The teller who deposited my check was nothing but professional. Very efficient.However, there was an issue during my interaction with one of the bankers sitting up front. I felt way too pressured to open a debit card and checkings account when I only inquired about my 401k, and the interaction had me feeling so uncomfortable because my actual questions kept getting brushed off. I am mystified that someone as knowledgeable as them would waste time trying to push a sales quota instead of actually helping me. Once I started to firmly decline their offer, they just shut down and ended dialogue. Wow.

The worst bank I've ever delt with I have a retirement check my rent needs to get paid an they won't cash it or put it in my account an clear it I have to wait two weeks an nobody wants or is trying to help clear the check

Hands down the slowest bank I've ever been to, and I spend a lot of time in banks. I routinely wait 30 minutes plus to make a simple deposit or withdrawal and that's being the first or second person in line inside.

I have several bank accounts, This bank is absolutely the worst. To transfer $ to an external account, they have a relatively small limit which is unsat. I can't get to the bank; they require a notarized letter for sending a check. If I can't get to the bank, I can't get to a notary. So, right now I can't access my own money.

If you are looking to purchase a car and wish to finance through Truist, you must work with Michelle King. She made my recent auto purchase stress-free and easy, and is one of the nicest people I have ever worked with at any bank. I cannot recommend her enough. She answered all of my questions diligently and quickly, no matter how many I listed in an email/discussed on the phone or how insane they may have been. The entire process from start to finish was a breeze. Thank you Michelle for all of your assistance, you have customers for life now!

Stay away from this institution. We have wasted many hours trying to solve bank fraud. They will refer you to their fraud department. They will never answer you. We didn't have an issue when they were bbt. We banked with them for 27 years. Moving to another bank.

Avoid this location. Drive through routinely takes 15 minutes even without a line. It's like they teamed up with the Starbucks at 29th Place to see who could provide worse service. There is eyerolling and sighs from the tellers. A request for cash back is met with annoyance--as if you aren't entitled to your own money, or as if the teller is giving you his or her own funds. Find another branch. Or bank.

Very poor customer service. Stupid wait times. Waited in line for 30 + mins at the drive thru get to the window no explanation no apology. Actually called inside to see what the issue was. All I was told was that the have one teller and he is overwhelmed. Hire some more people and do better “Truist “ .
