Worst bank manager ever. She does not care about the little people. Regardless of the MANY loyal years you put in.She’s unbelievably unprofessional as well. It’s a shame because there’s so many other very lovely people who work there. But given her word is the end all, I won’t be banking there.

Exceptionally rude staff, came to use atm. Woman (I assume was a manager) came out and demanded to know if I was there to do banking. I explained I was. She said well we have issues with people going to the court… I was dressed in gym close with a large dog… wouldn’t ever bank here

We have banked with Suntrust for quite a number of years and held several mortgages with it. We have always been completely satisfied with their services. As for Marsha at the downtown location, I have always found her to be helpful, careful and friendly. I suppose anyone can make a mistake, if indeed she in fact shorted the previous commenter, but I've never found her to be anything but a completely reliable representative of Suntrust, and the bank's own policies to be very customer oriented..

If you have to huff and puff upon seeing a customer approach the counter, then maybe you need to find another career because one in customer service is not for you. I thought the way the teller acted was very unprofessional.

I used to love this bank but I have been trying to order a new bank card since the end of September and I have yet to receive the card. The first card was sent to the wrong address. I then went into the branch to reorder for the second time and I also got a credit card. The credit card came in the mail but there was still no bank card. I have called customer service and I have called the branch since then. No one can seem to tell me where the card is or what has happened. The sad part is, no one has apologized for the inconvenience that it has caused me! The only thing they can say is we can reorder it and give you a temporary card but every time I use my Venmo it cuts off the temporary card. This has been the worse experience since banking with them. I guess it’s time to look for a new bank. Third card has been been ordered.

The service at this location is very slow. There is one woman that works the drive thru service and she has great customer service. Every encounter I've had inside has been rude and it showed that they could careless if I was a customer. In fact, they've even been rude to family members of mine. All seem to have the same interaction, explaining it by saying “they acted like they couldn't be bothered to speak to meâ€. This is very unacceptable. I plan to look for another bank! Hopefully, this changes for future customers. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPORTANT!
