You failed to call before coming to fill my tank following a zero reading requiring a leak test. I needed to be homeI was not home and had to endure a 7 day wait for a tech to come and unlock my tank.I suffered no heat during extreme low temps. Miserable

My gas was delivered and my tank filled in a professional and efficient manner. However, I was disappointed to find that you now charge a “service” fee for me to use my credit card online. Since I’m already performing my own customer service you should allow me to use the payment method of my choosing, to include credit cards at no additional expense.

Had to call multiple times to get my tank filled. My account was locked for no reason. You charge $10 for a phone call to you I shouldn't even have to make. Then you don't fill the tank and I have to call back. Driver filled to 47% and said it was 100%. 236 gallons of an empty 500 gallon tank is not 100%. Now I have to call again to finish getting the tank filled. Another $10 phone call I shouldn't have to make.

Driver was very friendly. On time delivery. However, can never reach you by telephone at any local number listed, pricing is 25% higher than your biggest competitor, and when I get an answer on the phone, it’s always an individual in India, Thailand or the Philippines who cannot answer a local question or a pricing issue.

AmeriGas locked tank saying fireplace leak. Fireplace repairman checked fireplace twice and can’t find leak. Amerigas supposed to come back. No show. No call. Halfway through winter. Fireplace still locked. AmeriGas is a horrible company

The experience has become almost unbearable. I used to be able to call my local office and speak to someone in Charlottesville.Yesterday someone called me… gave a reference number and a 1800 number to return the call. I spoke to someone I could barely understand, who had no idea why I had gotten a call?The customer service of this company is gone. The field worker who used to do the route and we knew is gone.I’m not sure what changes were made but Amerigas no longer operates out of America and it’s a terrible experience now.I will most likely work to switch companies when I can find time.
