Wonderful company! I have had my marble countertops resurfaced in the past and other companies got product everywhere and left swirl marks from the process. Definitely not the case with Marble Doctor Virginia. I was concerned about the swirls as my white marble countertops needed work but the owner and staff went out of their way to assure me that they have a great deal of experience with this. My counters and island came out perfect! Not a swirl at all. My kitchen is very bright so you would see it. The guys that came out were so kind and thoughtful. They plastic’d off everything: floors, walls, cabinets, etc so there was no mess whatsoever when they left. I recommend this company to anyone. I am sure they can take care of your marble other stone surfaces very professionally. I did a lot of research on them because of past issues and they are the best!

Everyone at The Marble Doctor was wonderful to work with. Jose certainly is a Master with stone. He and Daniel did a spectacular job restoring the marble in our bathrooms. You’d never guess that the stone had been installed 25 years ago. I have extremely high standards and can’t recommend the company highly enough.

We had a very small residential job in DC - a powder room with onyx tiles. It had been damaged by a cleaning company that used some cleaner that ate the finish. We had installed it 12 years ago and it had dulled over time and under the influence of many children who are not good at aiming. Jose did a great job and now it's beautiful! Back to what it looked like when we moved in! Amazing. I'm so excited about it!

Hassle free service! I had a contractor remodel two bathrooms this past summer. Since the first small bath worked out great, I had him move ahead with the master bath but I changed materials on him, 1/2" thick marble in 3 different sizes, instead of regular tile. The marble tile floor turned out to be a challenge. The tiles were uneven, a lot of lippage and sharp edges on the end results. Marble Doctor to the rescue! They came, saw, gave me a quote, then patiently waited for me to decide. That allowed me to compare prices. They gave me the better deal, so we scheduled a date. They showed up on time and got to work immediately and efficiently, no mess left behind. The results were better than I expected. I now have the floor I envisioned, silky smooth even marble floors! :)

My wife and I had a 2-month bathroom remodel nightmare and Marble Doctor came in and saved the day, doing in two hours what no one else could do in weeks! We had slate grey floor tile installed and the tile guys were very sloppy and slow They got grout dust, drywall dust and adhesive all over the tiles and left it there for weeks during construction When it was finally time to clean the tiles it could not be done The tile had absorbed everything and looked like an old chalkboard We tried everything including me scrubbing each tile on my hands and knees for hours As soon as it would dry, it looked awful We thought we were going to have to spend thousands to rip it all up and start over Dan assured me they could do it and in two hours, Jose had not only cleaned all the tile but had sealed it with a color enhancer and it is beautiful my wife and I are finally going out this weekend to buy bathroom stuff after 11 weeks of contractor hell Thank you Marble Doctor for getting us to victory!
