I had a fantastic experience at Infiniti of Chantilly thanks to Roberto Sanchez. After a disappointing visit to Infiniti of Mechanicsburg, I was relieved and impressed by the exceptional service I received at Chantilly. From the moment I walked in, Roberto greeted me warmly and ensured I was kept up-to-date on the status of my car.
The turnaround time for a turbo replacement was faster than I had anticipated, and Roberto didn’t stop there. He went above and beyond by identifying and addressing additional issues with my vehicle that I wasn’t aware of. The dealership sold me a dream. I am very disappointed in what I signed up for. The suv is great. The customer service was terrible in getting my issues resolved. Im did not receive quality service as promised. I will not return to get another car. Already experiencing issues. The infinity assistance keeps dialing on its own. This a 2024 Qx50.

I had one of the worst experience at the Sheehy of Chantilly. Nicholas helped me and he wasn’t at all helpful.
Basically, I took the car for a check engine light issue at sheehy. I am a VIP member, so I thought it would make sense to take the car to dealership.
First of all, just to check the light, they asked for a ridiculous 200$ diagnosis fees. Usually, auto advance parts and many other places check the codes for free.
Anyhow, I thought their dealership will provide more detailed diagnosis instead of just telling the code. After 200$ diagnosis fees, they told based on the code you need a replacement of thermostat and sensor. They didn’t do any further inspection whether sensor or thermostat is faulty. All diagnosis was based off on the code. And then they have me a quote of 1300$ for a fix. No mention of which parts or how long labor would it take. Just a flat 1300$ quote on a sticky note. When I asked to provide more details or work order/estimate details, they didn’t provide anything. Long story short, I felt it is a scam and they didn’t do proper diagnosis. After spending 3.5 hours, I paid 200$ and took the car to other mechanic shop. They rechecked the code (FOR FREE) and told me that my coolant was low, and try to see if it fixes the issue. They even top off the coolant for free. And the code was gone and my car was fixed for free that sheehy was asking 1300. It’s a total scam. And as I remember, that when I took the car one month back for oil change, they recommended coolant flush but I told them to just top off, which they never did it.
Overall, a very disappointing service and a total scam of diagnosis fees of 200$ and then 1300$ repair order; that was almost nothing based on outside review. This shows that sheehy Infiniti service department needs better management and customer service. Not sure if I would ever get my 200$ back, but I recommend to go somewhere else instead of sheehy service of Chantilly,
