My wife and I were interested in buying a car and I was a bit worried before I came. Dealerships nowadays can be so pushy in getting you to buy a car. However, the dealers at SafeAuto made me feel right at home and helped me every step of the way. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured. I will surely be coming back!

Be careful what you get from here i showed up 10 mins before closing talked to the guy he assured me that the vehicle was in great running condition I took his word for it because I didn’t want to make him late closing long story short I didn’t even make it 5 miles down the road and the transmission started slipping and since I bought the car outright all they would do was give me 800 towards a 4500 transmission that they knew was bad when they sold it to me

I recently purchased a 2013 Nissan from this dealership, and I must say, it has been an absolute nightmare. Initially assured that the car had no issues, I soon found myself stranded on the highway as the vehicle slowed down and ceased to accelerate. I dealt primarily with Robert "AJ" Prada, who suggested I get the car's codes scanned at AutoZone. Lo and behold, the scan revealed transmission issues.
To address the problem, they provided me with an extended warranty, but the ASC Warranty was reluctant to cover the repairs, claiming the issue existed before my purchase. After contentious negotiations, they agreed to cover only half of the repair costs, leaving me with a hefty bill of $2,800 for a car I'd owned for less than two weeks, which already set me back $5,500.
To add insult to injury, the dealership refused to accept a return for what is clearly a lemon of a car. Instead, they had the audacity to try and upsell me another vehicle, demanding an additional $3,000 for it.
In summary, this dealership is a disgrace. Their customer service is abysmal, and they have no qualms about selling defective vehicles while conveniently clearing codes to pass them off as roadworthy. Steer clear of this place unless you enjoy being taken advantage of and left with a lemon on your hands.

I bought my Bmv X6 from this dealer ,and I felt like it is fair to write a review for them.The two guys in safe auto went out of their way to try to help me, and I really appreciate them. To start they were so friendly and nice. They looked for the specific car that I was looking for and found me the best available in the market.They took care of all the paper work very quickly , since I was in a big rush. Mason was super nice and very helpful. His brother AJ was also very friendly and was nice enough to work quickly on my loan. I really appreciate safe auto for giving me the great service. I recommend safe auto to anyone who is looking for a hassle free and pleasurable purchase. I love my car very much, and I have been driving it for almost a year now.
