Priority Nissan in Chantilly is the absolute worst dealership for a number of reasons. I'd give this dealership negative stars if I could. I would steer clear of buying anything from this dealership.
I purchased a 2019 Titan with an after market lift package that the dealership sourced out from a third party company. The truck was brand new when I bought it. Shortly afterwards, three of the four wheels lug nuts came off and I had to have the truck towed back to Priority Nissan to find out what the problem was.
Fast forward to present day. The front driver side wheel and tire came off again this time while the truck was in motion causing the truck to collapse onto itself and crushing the driver side quarter panel and driver side door onto the driver side tire.
Although the truck is still under warranty, Priority Nissan refused to cover the damages and have the truck fixed. The service representative (Maribel) never reached out to me about the truck and would only tell me when I called was that she was waiting on someone to get back to her. Their Service director (Scott Epling) told me he wasn't;'t covering (paying) for anything even after another service rep who I had dealt with in the past told him that the truck previously had this issue and was under warranty.
On a second follow-up visit because I basically was being ghosted and couldn't get anyone on the phone. I stopped by the dealership to speak to someone about it. As I was telling a different employee about the issue after asking him if I could speak to someone in charge. He told me that the GM was busy all the while the GM (Tony Moorehead) was standing right next to him, but never identifying himself. Only then did the GM leave and try to go find paperwork that showed Nissan had a third party company do the shoddy lift job.
Priority Nissan is claiming that they don't have paperwork showing that work was done by them so they won't cover the cost. The GM also told me that since the parts are not Nissan parts it would also not be covered even though they had it done and the truck was purchased brand new.
Nobody at the dealership has ever called me back and has only acted like they are looking into anything when I've gone to the dealership.
I would steer clear of this dealership which is under new ownership. It's not Priority anymore and only using that name for the time being. They removed the car loaner program and make customers rent a vehicle if they need a car.
This dealership has the worst customer service I've ever seen with a business.
I'll also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I'd advise same for anyone else who has experienced this type of "service" from this dealership.
I don't know where they find their employees but they should all be retrained or let go.
Absolutely horrible

Maribel is a tremendous pleasure to work with in Priority Nissan’s Service Department! My 2011 Nissan XTerra has over 230K miles and the Priority Nissan technicians have been amazing over the years. They are extending the life of this vehicle well beyond my expectations! Thank you Maribel and Priority Nissan!

Priority Nissan to the rescue!
While running an errand out in Chantilly yesterday (I reside in Woodbridge) the shield on the undercarriage of my car came detached. Because it’s a Nissan Marano, I found the closest Nissan dealership… Priority Nissan… And pulled in. A gentleman named JR listened to my story and within minutes, they had my car up on the lift repairing it at no charge. Five stars for both service and helpful attitude. Thank you PriorityNissan

Michael Jimenez, our Service Advisor, is God's Gift to the Priority Nissan Dealership in Chantilly. It is so very rare nowadays to suddenly meet someone who is very gentle, helpful, highly knowledgeable, and polite like Michael. We were in serious distress when we found him, and his mannerisms lifted all the burdens away. Thank you, Michael, and great thanks to Priority Nissan for having Michael there. God Bless!

I have had a few issues:
1) the salesperson did not display attention to details and follow through.
I had to show proof that the car was certified pre owned. I had taken pictures all from the website. The salesperson did not seem to want to confirm the pre certified but told me to show him proof.. That should not be a response to a potential client. He also told me he will not be getting a commission off of my sale which shows in his attitude. You should always stay professional at all times.
I called the salesperson to confirm the certified pre owned. And I left a message. He text me back that he will look into it but never called me back.
2) I reported a crack on the windshield when picking up the vehicle when the inspection was finalized . The salesperson was busy , so the finance guy took pics of it and said he will call me. He never called me back either. And the car was sold smelling like cigarettes. They say they detailed it but it still smell like cigarettes.
3) I did not like the fact this company have pre certified owned inventory on their site but tell their customer the vehicle is not pre owned certified And then, the car was not inspected before purchase. This is when I had to show proof and fight my rights. I feel like because I was a female my salesperson tried to get over on me.
I called the Nissan Chantilly and spoke with the Manager He is fixing these issues and making sure I have a better experience. I could have chosen another dealership with top notch A+ customer experience. This is a huge purchase for a salesperson to get over on me. I have documents and supporting documentation of everything from car fax report, website pictures, etc.
It was so horrible that I went to get a second opinion a pre owner inspection elsewhere.on a 2023 vehicle. The car fax report also shows pre certified and there is a weak battery from the inspection I got. Now I have to take a day off to get that done. The manager said they will pay for the battery and get someone to inspect the crack windshield.
I think the salesperson needs to be more detailed oriented and better engagement skills and follow through.

I previously posted about my experience! Well I was back yesterday for the same issue about the interior warranty for my car, I scheduled for my car to be serviced yesterday I dealt with Curtis again! Horrible customer service! I dropped off my car at 9:00am to have it serviced! I get a call from Curtis at 3pm to tell me the guy never showed up to service my car! So I have to re schedule another day off work to have my car serviced! This is the 2nd with this guy but 3 or 4th time this has happened! The sales team! Wonderful! But avoid the service side at all costs! Don’t get the extended warranty on anything they have to offer here! It’s some shady people that are on the service side Curtis is one of them! I’ve dealt with him for years! Putting in 25% of effort gets you a 100% paycheck! I don’t get it! I’m a government employee! You can imagine after the sales department what type of service your going to get! How many of our troops these peoples have ripped off! You can imagine what they’re doing to the average joe! And have yet! To talk to a manager!

Leaving another review for this dealership as promised. Bought a vehicle here 3 or so years ago. Hopefully the sales manager Tommy is no longer there, I wouldn’t trust him to flip burgers at McDonalds!
These people are the definition of SHADY- they embody everything that is wrong with the car dealership industry. They will do everything possible to sell you a vehicle and take 0 responsibility for it.
I would trust a U.S congressman before these folks! PLEASE learn from my mistake and save a ton of time and money. They deserve negative 10 stars!
Can’t believe they’re still in business!
Tommy if you’re reading this, do the right thing and reach out and return the money you shouldn’t have stolen from me years ago!

Disappointing Experience - Incomplete Service and Lack of Accountability
Today I visited the Nissan Chantilly service center for a routine oil change and tire rotation. However, I was shocked to discover that they only performed one tire rotation, leaving the other tires untouched. Thankfully, I had a red mark on the tires and brought this to their (service agent Vince) attention.
After speaking with the manager, they eventually completed the second tire rotation, but what was even more disappointing was the lack of apology or acknowledgment of their mistake. It seemed like they were just going through the motions without taking any responsibility for the error.
This experience left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I couldn't help but wonder if I had been overcharged many years since 2016 for services not rendered and spent thousands of dollars. It's essential for service centers to double-check their work and ensure that customers receive the services they pay for. Otherwise, it's easy to feel cheated and lose trust in the dealership.
I hope Nissan takes steps to address these issues and provides better training for their staff to prioritize attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

Called and they said they had the car, drove all the way out for them to say that they sold it the week prior and tried to sell us a different car

Drove 1 1/2 hrs away for nothing. They kept calling all week for us to come buy this vehicle just for them to undercut us as we are in the office processing paperwork on the vehicle we came to buy. Just because someone test drove the vehicle days before us and came in after we did to purchase it. Another salesman took the second key. Come to find out they sat on our paperwork because that salesman told the other potential buyer that we were there to purchase said vehicle. Terrible experience

Purchased a brand new 2024 nissan pathfinder. Less than a week old, tire blew out on highway. Had to go to nearest auto mechanic who determined that the tire was not repairable, it blew out. He also stated he would be available to answer any questions. After contacting the priority nissan dealership, I am being told this is not covered. I also contacted nissan support after this dealership gave me their number, nissan support also stated that the dealership I purchased the vehicle from should be following up with tire manufacturer to remediate the issue. I am in communication with Daniel and Angel Turner and the responses from them have me very disappointed as they are not doing anything. I spent $191 for the new tire at Quicklube in SC. I would be happy to speak to anyone who wishes to resolve the poor customer experience I am having or to anyone who would like to fact check or form a qualified opinion about this nissan dealership.

Matthew are you who I waited for on the phone today to be told you were in a meeting. I never got that call back from you. Three hours sitting there just for a safety inspection watching all the repairs that you were making money off on leave and me still there. Your guy Marlow does not have customer service skills and should never text a customer in all caps yelling at me. I requested my car it hadn't been touched. Don't offer a service if you aren't going to touch it in a reasonable time no communication for hours.

Great service and amazing staff! Curtis in the service department specifically! I have been coming to Priority Nissan for about 4 years now and every time the team is friendly and gives the best service recommendations without being pushy or transactional. Most recently Curtis went above and beyond to arrange a vehicle pick for me that was last minute on my end. Because I am always treated like family instead of a customer I will continue to take all my vehicles to Priority Nissan. Huge shout out to Curtis he is an exceptional associate!
