We used Nic-Lor Floors to install new carpet and hardwood floors in our home. The whole team, from Brady, Brandy and Louis, provided excellent customer service great work. We highly recommend Nic-Lor and we will definitely use them again in the future.

My parents have used them multiple times. And now i have too! They are always super easy to call and schedule an appointment for them to come and give an estimate. Offered great insight on what needed to be done to fix everything they saw (after water damage ruined my old existing hardwood, not to mention the hot mess of an install job done by previous owner). I've been super happy with communication and even helping me get the right kind of estimate to be able to submit a claim to the insurance company. They are very reasonably priced and do a great job! Thank you!

Unfortunately I Would NOT recommend this company. Extremely unprofessional. There was an area of floor that required fixing. The night before, I had to ask to rearrange at last minute as I was unable to be there and I didn't want them in my house without me there. Any homeowner would understand this. The crew lead was not able to rearrange -- pushing to be in my house even though I couldn't be, and very unprofessional. The owners daughter , Brandy, FaceTimed my phone 15 times within 3 minutes at nearly 9pm. I explained I was unable to be present and needed to reschedule. Brandy is also extremely rude, unprofessional and not flexible. I have had contractors, in an emergency, that had to reschedule and I have been forward leaning that things come up and to have them reschedule their work. She also told me that my house being flooded was not her problem and concern. Poor customer service. The quality of install was great w the exception of the 2 small gaps after quarter round was installed (that I give them credit for). The crew installing were fast and efficient . The sales or lead of the crew was pushy in trying to sell their products when I knew exactly what I wanted. His communication was often wrong or contradicted his verbal comment (text messages to prove it too!) . The 15 FaceTime combative calls within 3 minutes at nearly 9pm was alarming and unprofessional. I've never experienced a company that unprofessional when things come up in life that requires flexibility at times.

On Time on cost on product. Family owned and operated. Family owned and operated like in the past. They deliver. They are drop the mic the best. Five stars on quality, cost, performance and delivery. We wished we had found them forty years ago.

Easy to coordinate with, reasonable pricesand great quality. I had these guys install carpet in my theater room and they did a great job. I'd recommend them for sure and plan on using them again.

Could not be more pleased with and amazed by Nic-Lor Floors!! From the customer service (thanks, Brady and Brandy!!) to the craftsmanship of the installation team (thanks, Luis!!!), the entire experience was A+++. Average on a whole. The only redeeming attribute for this company is Brady's responsiveness, accountability and overall expertise. As for the floor "shop" it seems personal which can be nice, but definitely "too relaxed" in terms of not a business atmosphere. They had a dog on the loose all four times I stopped in to look at material or address the invoice order, payment etc. Among other unexpected practice, it simply would not be my first choice but I was referred through my condo association so we already had a job that basically resulted in my project with them. Brady will make it all work out for you! But know what you want going in.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience working with everyone in this company! They worked within our budget, and they went above and beyond my expectations! Gary gave me all the tools to prepare for Luis and his team. They explained the process during the installation and completed the project timely as they said they would. They were wonderful to work with from sales through installation. The installation team was very polite and left our house as clean as possible each day. They understood that having our entire upstairs done while still living in our house was disruptive and worked hard to minimize our inconvenience. We had a tight time frame for installation and the team really worked hard to accommodate our schedule. Our new floor is beautiful!

What an amazing group! They came through for us in a pinch when another company fell through when we had an open house coming up and they got new carpet in our whole house by the next day! They were so helpful and everyone I encountered was a pleasure to work with and the carpets looked great. I can't sing their praises enough and I am so grateful to them for coming through for us! I'd give more stars if I could.

An amazing experience from start to finish. I cant say enough nice things about this company and the process. Brady took the time to answer all of our questions, which were a lot, and made the process so much easier. Luis came to do the install and he was just outstanding to work with. He made us feel more comfortable about the entire process and left our house clean and looking absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend Nic-Lor Floors and will be using them again when we go to refinish the other levels of our home. Thank you!

I had Nic-Lor Floors install carpet on my entire upper level floors. The install team arrived on time and were courteous. They worked quickly and efficiently and provided a very professional installation. The pricing was very competitive and they were able to work within my limited budget. Would recommend and use again.
