Came in to fix my alternator due to getting shorted out for some reason but it was still under warranty so it was great. This is the reason why gave it two stars instead of one. I was reluctant to bring it in to the dealership due to lack of trust. My past experiences has been getting something fixed then another bigger problem comes up costing me hundreds of dollars. I thought this dealership can be trusted. My car had only about 36,000 miles on it when after the getting the alternator fixed, few months later my car started to over heat. Turns out there was a small coolant leak in my engine that’s been dripping ever since I got the car back. These guys charged me over $5000 to fix it and my warranty had expired by then. What a coincidence! Never will I ever buy a Jaguar or Landrover. Think twice about going to this dealership to fix your car because they’ll get you somehow to dish out thousands for repairs. Bunch of scammers.

They charge 3x the amount for anything when compared to nearby shops. A complete rip off. Service department sucks. No coordination.

Each time I open my car door, slide into the driver seat and turn it on, I get chills. The roar of the engine starting up thrills me. I have your dealership to thank for that. The team assisting me included Kevin Yahner, William Norrell and shop foreman Brandon. I truly thank them. My 2015 XJL had a recurring gearbox fault issue, causing the vehicle to randomly shut down. It was a very dangerous situation as it happened in traffic, on the highway, and I just couldn’t tell where or when. Brandon’s expertise isolated the problem and corrected it. It took a bit of time in which William Norrell kept me up to date as did Kevin Yahner. Thank you for the excellence of your team!

Stopped by on Saturday to look at a car and got everything prepped to buy the car next day. From the start Roy was helpful and was a pleasure to work with. Very down to earth and a fellow Korean which made things easier for us. Then came along Mike the sales manager who was also a great person to work with. What I had thought would be an all day process as I've experienced before turned into a very quick seamless process in and out. Definitely one of the best buying experiences ever. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy a car. I got the best customer service from KC and the finance manager was very helpful with getting me the payments I wanted. Really enjoy this process because of these two gentlemen and will be back in the future for my next car.
